My Amazon orders get marked as “held at post office at the request of the customer”. But I never requested that and the items are small enough to fit in my mail box. So I have to waste time to go pick them up and get some low quality customer service

Always slow long lines and always 1 person attending customers ever since they changed delivery guys where I live. Mail goes missing, im not the only person that has complain and it's still the same issue with missing mail. That department needs to fire everyone and start from 0
