Very poor customer service, always only one person at counter. When you ask the clerk questions she’ll completely ignore you. You can also hear all the chatter behind the counter obscene and loud. Looong wait times- be expecting to wait over an hour and a half for a small package that the post master could’ve left in the parcel box. Sometime they do the even give you the pink slip and it a guessing game where the packages are. Wish we had another location in Rio Rico. Or better yet hire more clerks to attend better and especially during holiday season!!! Very inconvenient to everyone in the community- this post office is a mess!!! Build a new bigger post office that can cater to all of us here, for years we had the same lousy service there.

They will not deliver packages to your home and force you to pick it up at the post office... which has limited hours & closed weekends... Submitted a complaint to the post master and the congressman, everyone please do the same.

People at the counter are great. They do their required work AND the work of postal package delivery as their postal drivers will not deliver packages.

Amazing, friendly and hardworking but overworked staff at the office. Always doing their best to move things along. Mail delivery at my rural box has been just as it should be. No issues. Very satisfied!

I paid almost $30 to send out an Express Mail Priority Package on the 22nd of December from RR to Beverly Hills and the tracking number times and dates gets altered at lib. First, the tracking number said Tenn for Sept 24, then it said if left Rio Rico the day after Xmas. Someone forgot to pick up the Express mail bag! Then it went to Tucson to LA post office at 90045 and was there about 48 hours and never went 15 miles to Beverly Hills. USPS keeps altering the dates and locations of processing to try to cover up their huge errors! It is 12/29/2022 and this pricey delivery is going "turtle express"! When I pay big bucks for Express Service, I expect better random dates and locations to be posted. Get your stuff together, please!!

After reading the reviews I'm deciding to move to Rio Rico because if service is that terrible I'll choose to get only a PO box so no one has to deliver anything and I can come say hi to the friendly staff because I like that life ? and I got my own truck and got my big boy pants and get stuff done with a good attitude and I'm broke just like everyone and I like saying good morning and waving like it should be.

Horrible delivery service, you pay for packages to get here 1 or 2 days fast and you have to go pick them up at the post office because they fail to deliver... I always try choose out of the post office...

My mail delivered frequently to my neighbor and other people's mail left in my mailbox. Received a text message that an order had been left in my mailbox....never happened. Now I am left to track it down. Come on people....just do your job
