Went down to pick up a package Friday, was told they will deliver it Saturday then no package just a lie telling us they attempted delivery. We told them we had a mail box but, They said they would deliver it to the house. No delivery! This happens most of the time. No wonder no one uses the usps anymore. If there was negative stars I would give them 5 of 5

Just recently moved to Rico. Linda was super helpful In location getting my packages when the line was super busy. I got my mailbox key about 3 weeks After moving here. I've had no issues. Have to pick up big packages from the post office but I leave my business cards there and the staff is always very kind and helpful

I saw another comment with the same issue I had… it was claimed unable to deliver my package due to animal interference, mailbox is not obstructed by anything either, and I was outside all day an no animal insight, mailbox is actually next to a house… this was Saturday and haven’t received my package yet. Is the second time it happens…

The lady that is delivering to the mail boxes near the fire department on exit 12 how about instead of scanning the big Items and leaving at the office you take them with you like your supposed to and leave them where they need to go you don’t have that hard of a job so do it correctly

Won't deliver your package to your house if its oversized. They just keep it at the post office and you have to take time off work to get it because they close at 4:30. Ridiculous

I dont mind the long wait. Cashier is so nice. Remember we live in a small community. I came from a big city in Texas. Post office there had rude people and longer waits.

They treat you badly after waiting for hours because of the pig they have, they make you feel like it's your fault that they can't find your package, very bad service.
