Staff is very friendly which is why they have 3 stars. However, their ridiculous period of getting rid of tellers and having the bankers be tellers as well is absurd, their hours are terrible, and their atm never works.

Only had 2 cashier's open on a Saturday and they talk a lot with the customers instead of being more attentive of the line.
