These bankers should be trained to assist people with more training and customer service quality. They denied me my own funds because I had an Oregon ID and now Reside in Pennsylvania. I provided my account number, my Wells Fargo app, my debit card has been mailed to my address in PA so I thought they could help. They screamed at me and said they had to verify me claiming my ID didn't match their booklet. I told them it's a real ID. We can contact Oregon DMV and we can look it up with the PD or Google. They denied me service and told me to leave. I came to visit my family and never had experience such awful customers service. Shame on you Wells Fargo Rio Rico Branch!

English comprehension skills are limited at this location...The staff is all women and they are always talking and visiting when customers are waiting.

Thanks a lot to Decenia Martinez, the personal banker, she went above and beyond to help us, we are forever greatful for her kindness and excellent service. She was able to help us between her appointments when other branches failed to do so, she did it in an extremly efficient way. She has been the best personal banker I have encountered so far.

We have been banking at Rio Rico for 3 years. This is the most Helpful, Friendly Bank my husband and I have ever been in. We love going in there. All of the staff make you feel very special. The Manager comes and shake hands and greets us and anyone else who is there just for being in the Bank.

Avoid this branch at all cost. Staff is not trained, Manager is a lacky who shoves everthing off to untrained staf. This branch needs a good house cleaning.
