I went to Cathey's on N Oracle to purchase a part for my vacuum was quoted $50 for part but not in stock at this location was sent to Speedway location price for part $40 why ???

I walked into Cathey's with a machine that was jammed up and not working at all. The lady there told me the problem was the bobbin. I was skeptical, but before I could say anything, she'd already fixed it. Then she went over it again so I understood how to fix it myself. I highly recommend this store.
