Very bad customer service, extremely slow to be attended to and difficult to find parking. I send packages every week and on 2 occasions 2 packages disappeared, luckily they were not valuable

Terrible customer service. I asked for a package to be intercepted and did everything they asked. Package was still returned to sender. This might be the worst post office in the US.

I just want to say that I'm very disappointed at the service that they provided today, I went to get a package that said it arrived at the post office and was not there, decided to wait until arround 4:20 just 20 minutes before they closed and still nothing, and later when I checked the tracking at 4:50 it said it was delivered since 10am which was a clear lie.

Excellent service at most any time of the day. I get that we all to have wait at this office for our services, because our Government doesn't see the need here in San Luis, AZ., but everything is usually smooth and fast moving at this Post Office, and I sincerely appreciate it.

Horrible customer service!! None of the workers have manners I do not know how they let people like this work there!!! Very upsetting we have to deal with people like this we can’t even ask for help because they get bothered!! How is this allowed

Sadly there is not option for no stars. They returned 1 out of 3 packages on the same order with the same address .. It easier for them just to blame the sender for their own mistakes.. And this is not the 1st time that happend to me.. They don't update their information righ away, so we can call before they return it...This people are just to lazy... My package had my Box#.. I'm just mad because they don't do take responsability for they actions.. and they charge more than $100 just to have a Box, at least they should do a better job

They closed my email for not having brought my notice to pick up a package. I told them that the paper was lost and they wanted me to go to my house to look for it. This is a mockery. Besides, they closed my email and the “disque” in charge wants the drawer to be renewed. A complaint will be opened higher up as this is no reason to do all this just because I was upset. Lack of profesionalism.

Terrible service and they always lie about the status of your packages and the "customer service" is very bad... They are supposed to serve customers but it seems that is not their motto...
