“They went above and beyond expectations! We were trying to find a blade lock nut for a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. They actually went out to one of their existing similar lawn mowers and took off a nut so they could try to find it in the store. They ended up finding one that came with a kit and just took it out of the kit. They spent a good half hour or more on us. Amazing service! The best service I have received for years!”

He helped us get everything we needed to get started and even told us about the vital care program that offers discounts on reptile supplies and pets like other reptiles and tarantulas. We immediately signed up for it and have been using it ever since. A couple weeks later I went in and bought our first tarantula from Wes. Again he helped us get everything we needed to start. His knowledge about reptiles and invertebrates is just amazing. I have been to 19 Reptile stores in the valley and two more in Tucson recently and I truly mean it when I say this that Wes is more helpful and more knowledgeable than anyone I have spoken to. He takes the time to educate me and sell me exactly what I need when it comes to my reptiles and tarantulas. I have been in the store many times since January and he is always eager to help and educate and continue to sell me everything that I need. “So worth the price. Easy same day reservation for my 2 dogs at the self wash. Less 1 star due to the condition of the room....tools around the sink makes me wonder on the mechanisms, the sprayer gadget had to be manipulated in a certain way to turn off and the floor wasn't squeegeed from previous user. Both male and female employees were super helpful and the store does offer a rewards program plus discounts on Tues. I believe”
