“Our yellow lab, Sunny, has a new home where she’s made new friends at Bark Avenue. What do we love about this place? (1) it’s an all-in-one location; meaning a one-stop-shop where you can daycare and/or board, there’s a vet next door AND a pet supply all located in one place. They have a huge facility (a BIG surprise from all the visits I’ve recently made to other doggie daycares) AND a pool (see photos) which any lab owner knows is a Major Bonus! Plus perhaps the biggest bonus of all? Bark Avenue is less than 10 minutes from our new home. So all in all, Tammy, Sunny and I couldn’t be happier with our “daughters other new home!””
“such a nice little place tucked into old Mesa. If you have livestock or need feed, this is definitely the place to go. Down to earth people with their prices. Always willing to help even load up the things that you’ve purchased. And when they have chickens, they go fast but we’ve had very good luck, buying poultry from them”
“The staff really know what they’re talking about! A lady helped me pick out a healthier dog food for my dachshund. They have a great array of options for dogs and cats. I highly recommend coming here for dog and cat feed or treats 😊.”
“My dog doesn't like having his nails done so I texted Mad About Dogs to see if they could help. Their response was quick, and they let me know what days to come in so the owner Could work on him. I mixed up the days, but Victoria was able to do his nails while Caitlin helped hold him. They were both super sweet to my guy. It was a positive experience overall. Thank you!”
“Called about my rabbit. They got me in fast. They were all very nice and helpful. Explained and went over everything I needed to know and do. Prescription for her. And list of fresh foods. Changed her diet to adult and got suppliments . She's well and happier.

“Excellent experience from my initial phone call the lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, to arriving home with some yummy cherry flavored cow ears! My 7 month old Dane is terrified of pretty much any and every one and thing. The staff assisted me in lifting all 100 pounds of Walter into the wash tub. Their shampoo and conditioner although not overwhelmingly fragrant but leaves them with a very pleasant smell afterwards, leaving his fur shiny and soft! The amazing groomer took time out of her busy schedule to do a nail trim/grind on my terrified boy and she did such a great job, she was super patient and calm with him. Highly recommend Green Bulldog!”

“I made an appointment and took my pup to the self wash a few weeks ago at the Power & McDowell location . The girl working there was very sweet, informative, and kind. There was another person who walked in at the same time as my appointment and she made sure that since I had made the appointment I went first. It was very clean and cute inside. The self wash area was wonderful. The large basin with the steps for dogs made it so much easier than trying to wrestle my new pup in the kitchen sink or bath tub at home and the sprayer/ hose was awesome. They had every thing I needed right there to give my puppy a good scrub and provided towels and dryers to dry her off with after. I would and have recommended that other people go there and do the self wash it's much easier than doing it at home.”

“Kitty Cat Rescue is one if the few rescues I refer people for cat adoption. I see some people in the reviews did not agree with Laurie's policy on dog doors and spay/neuter. What a shame those people chose to defame such an amazing woman and her Rescue, because of a difference of opinion, instead of simply finding a rescue with policies that fit with their lifestyle and philosophies. Most ethical rescues have the same policies with good reason. My experience with Laurie has always been a pleasure. Her care and commitment to rescuing cats in need is clearly evident. She will continue to be top of my list for recommendation and donations.”
“Better organized than most PetSmart's and the cashier guy with the ponytail is very friendly.
You guys keep nixing turtle stuff. In like 2 years you've cut sku count in half with that. You can buy 150 different types of cat food. But only 2 different types of food and 3 different treats for a turtle there.
I get it, it's not profitable or a high velocity seller. But I'm going to start going to an aquarium store and ordering my cat/dog food off the Internet. Not going to two different places lol.”

“My baby got delivered last Thursday 7-28-22. Very healthy. I am planning on getting him 2 friends here in the next few weeks and will be going through Austin again, any time I had a question or concern he responded within minutes no matter the time. He helped me fine tone my enclosure for my little guy. Highly recommend going through these guys for a tortoise ?. ”

“I had booked an appointment for my Golden Retriever to get her nails trimmed. I confirmed the appointment the day of, but when I arrived they couldn’t find anything under my account. The employee checked and explained that it had been canceled for some reason. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone available to do the trim that day, but she apologized, offered to book me for the same time the following day, and promised a discount.
I’ll admit I was frustrated because it’s a bit of a process to get my dog there during the afternoon, but I agreed to come back the next day.
When we returned, they honored the discount as promised. Andrew took care of us, and I have to say he and the other employee working with him (I didn’t catch her name) were absolutely amazing. They were both incredibly kind, apologetic, and professional. Andrew trimmed my dog’s nails and even gave her a toy afterward to make up for the inconvenience from the previous day.
While the original mix-up was frustrating, the way the team handled it completely turned the experience around. Their customer service was exceptional, and they genuinely cared about making things right. Great job, PetSmart team—especially Andrew!”

“This is a small, boutique-like PetSmart, and I just had to run in and grab a few things, but they had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, there was some dog training going on, and, although I didn't get back to see for sure, it looked like there were vet services there.”

“For a while this chain of stores looked and acted like it going out of business. But they made some definite changes. Employees greet you and ask what you need. They put pet food on sale every few months in store, even Purina Pro Plan (in store only not online) The shelving is stocked again like they want your business now. Sign up for the email that is where you will see the 20% in store sales for the hard to get brands”
“They always have everything I need for my aquarium. They have a lot of feeder fish and stuff like that too so it's kind of convenient. I've learned it's a lot cheaper to buy mealworms on the bird seed oil though that on the reptile aisle.... Go figure”
