“I highly recommend it! They have really good products! My dog can't get enough of some of the goodies I got from them. The owner is super nice and she's got the most beautiful eyes! She's stunning!”

“Our yellow lab, Sunny, has a new home where she’s made new friends at Bark Avenue. What do we love about this place? (1) it’s an all-in-one location; meaning a one-stop-shop where you can daycare and/or board, there’s a vet next door AND a pet supply all located in one place. They have a huge facility (a BIG surprise from all the visits I’ve recently made to other doggie daycares) AND a pool (see photos) which any lab owner knows is a Major Bonus! Plus perhaps the biggest bonus of all? Bark Avenue is less than 10 minutes from our new home. So all in all, Tammy, Sunny and I couldn’t be happier with our “daughters other new home!””

“My dog doesn't like having his nails done so I texted Mad About Dogs to see if they could help. Their response was quick, and they let me know what days to come in so the owner Could work on him. I mixed up the days, but Victoria was able to do his nails while Caitlin helped hold him. They were both super sweet to my guy. It was a positive experience overall. Thank you!”

“Where do I start? So I have been coming to this location for about two years now. They always take care of my baby and get him out with ease, but I just had to take a second to personalize a review because the last time that I took Him there, I was swept off my feet. Deidre Is absolutely amazing. She listened to every little detail and was able to give my dog a perfect cut without a single nick anywhere !!! Love it here”

“such a nice little place tucked into old Mesa. If you have livestock or need feed, this is definitely the place to go. Down to earth people with their prices. Always willing to help even load up the things that you’ve purchased. And when they have chickens, they go fast but we’ve had very good luck, buying poultry from them”

“They did an amazing job handling my elderly dog! I'm new to the area and brought my elderly disabled dog with me, and was really hesitant to take her somewhere new. Usually I only get her groomed / trimmed within my vets office as theyre the most experienced handlers of high-risk dogs. Beanie has a lot of groomer trauma, a back injury and she's disabled. She's easily a mixed bag and I've had places turn us away. That said, the staff here was amazing. They listened to us and were happy to accommodate us. I was directed on when to come in so Bee could have the best hands on staff, when would be quietest to sneak her in, and so on. Magnus was her groomer today and they did an amazing job, babied her through the entire appointment, took all my notes and was incredibly gentle and patient with her. The best review I can give is honestly Beanies, which is that instead of coming home for a crash-out Betrayal nap, she was pretty proud of herself and stomped around demanding treats for good behaviour. Thats as good as it gets when your thirteen and sassy. ✨💕”

“The staff really know what they’re talking about! A lady helped me pick out a healthier dog food for my dachshund. They have a great array of options for dogs and cats. I highly recommend coming here for dog and cat feed or treats 😊.”

“I always see bad reviews here for the wait time because of the emergency walk ins they take and I just want to give you my POV as someone who WAS the emergency walk in. They are always patient, kind, extremely understanding. They take the time to make sure you are fully aware of all issues and even check in after hours to provide above and beyond care if needed. My little girls have always and WILL ALWAYS go here, even though their provider has had to change a few times. Each doctor that has gotten to meet them has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. I trust this team with my babies and I will never doubt that they do everything they can. On top of all of this they are extremely communicative and flexible with my ever changing schedule. Truly a wonderful office. I would give 10,000 stars if I could”

“We love this place. Even though our puppy is so afraid of going to any place that is not home he still wags his tail for the groomers here. The grooming services is great but even just a bath in there self serve area is so much easier here then at home. We buy treats and supplies here when needed. We love it and definitely recommend bringing your pets here.”

“Awesome local market! They even carry raw milk and local fresh eggs, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite finds is Kōbu Kombucha powder for gut health and hydration. Always high quality products and the atmosphere is welcoming, and the family that runs it makes it feel very welcome great educated staff. Highly recommend stopping in!”

“I went here for the first time and I'm completely in love. The set up is easy to maneuver and there's so much to see and experience! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I work at a chain pet store and I will definitely be suggesting people check out the Pet Shop.”

“I made an appointment and took my pup to the self wash a few weeks ago at the Power & McDowell location . The girl working there was very sweet, informative, and kind. There was another person who walked in at the same time as my appointment and she made sure that since I had made the appointment I went first. It was very clean and cute inside. The self wash area was wonderful. The large basin with the steps for dogs made it so much easier than trying to wrestle my new pup in the kitchen sink or bath tub at home and the sprayer/ hose was awesome. They had every thing I needed right there to give my puppy a good scrub and provided towels and dryers to dry her off with after. I would and have recommended that other people go there and do the self wash it's much easier than doing it at home.”

“Kitty Cat Rescue is one if the few rescues I refer people for cat adoption. I see some people in the reviews did not agree with Laurie's policy on dog doors and spay/neuter. What a shame those people chose to defame such an amazing woman and her Rescue, because of a difference of opinion, instead of simply finding a rescue with policies that fit with their lifestyle and philosophies. Most ethical rescues have the same policies with good reason. My experience with Laurie has always been a pleasure. Her care and commitment to rescuing cats in need is clearly evident. She will continue to be top of my list for recommendation and donations.”

“My baby got delivered last Thursday 7-28-22. Very healthy. I am planning on getting him 2 friends here in the next few weeks and will be going through Austin again, any time I had a question or concern he responded within minutes no matter the time. He helped me fine tone my enclosure for my little guy. Highly recommend going through these guys for a tortoise ?.”

“I just want everyone reading this to know that Trish at this location is one of the best people I’ve met in a long time! Her customer service skills are absolutely through the roof. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and genuinely heard. She took the time to listen to us, helped us find exactly what we needed, and even gave me some incredible new information about my pets that I had never even considered before. I truly appreciate her help and expertise. She was absolutely amazing, and I will definitely be coming back!”

“Do your own research about what your tarantula needs.. we guessed and she was overwhelmed with how many crickets we gave her.. until she remembered she was hungry and they were food. We'll buy less next time. Everyone was helpful and they had what we needed.”

“Better organized than most PetSmart's and the cashier guy with the ponytail is very friendly. You guys keep nixing turtle stuff. In like 2 years you've cut sku count in half with that. You can buy 150 different types of cat food. But only 2 different types of food and 3 different treats for a turtle there. I get it, it's not profitable or a high velocity seller. But I'm going to start going to an aquarium store and ordering my cat/dog food off the Internet. Not going to two different places lol.”

“I had booked an appointment for my Golden Retriever to get her nails trimmed. I confirmed the appointment the day of, but when I arrived they couldn’t find anything under my account. The employee checked and explained that it had been canceled for some reason. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone available to do the trim that day, but she apologized, offered to book me for the same time the following day, and promised a discount. I’ll admit I was frustrated because it’s a bit of a process to get my dog there during the afternoon, but I agreed to come back the next day. When we returned, they honored the discount as promised. Andrew took care of us, and I have to say he and the other employee working with him (I didn’t catch her name) were absolutely amazing. They were both incredibly kind, apologetic, and professional. Andrew trimmed my dog’s nails and even gave her a toy afterward to make up for the inconvenience from the previous day. While the original mix-up was frustrating, the way the team handled it completely turned the experience around. Their customer service was exceptional, and they genuinely cared about making things right. Great job, PetSmart team—especially Andrew!”

“Ivy at the Power Road location was absolutely amazing. Moonlight is amazing (moonsnail shelled) hermit crab. Ivy's expertise on cat food was astonishing! GIVE HER A RAISE OR AN APPROITE COMPENSATION! God bless her. Remember, Jesus Christ of Nazareth LOVES YOU!”

“For a while this chain of stores looked and acted like it going out of business. But they made some definite changes. Employees greet you and ask what you need. They put pet food on sale every few months in store, even Purina Pro Plan (in store only not online) The shelving is stocked again like they want your business now. Sign up for the email that is where you will see the 20% in store sales for the hard to get brands”

“This is a small, boutique-like PetSmart, and I just had to run in and grab a few things, but they had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, there was some dog training going on, and, although I didn't get back to see for sure, it looked like there were vet services there.”

“They always have everything I need for my aquarium. They have a lot of feeder fish and stuff like that too so it's kind of convenient. I've learned it's a lot cheaper to buy mealworms on the bird seed oil though that on the reptile aisle.... Go figure”
