I always go to self check out, some times the codes on the vegetables don't scan so I search them. The register lead was very rude to me for not scanning an item when I had to look it up first. I felt attacked by her and humiliated.

Rude management as well as staff at meat counter, at least the one that helped me. Need customer service training. Unprofessional, negative attitude. Clerk at self check-out was helpfull, I felt bad for her, she was trying to help everyone.
