“So I frequent this specific store often since it's the closest to my apartment. Just today in fact, I decided to have my groceries delivered. The driver who delivered my groceries ended up delivering my order to a completely different building & apartment. After not getting help from the app customer service, I came to this store and explained the situation to the employee (I believe her name was Jada). I know now this specific store doesn't offer Safeway Delivery, but the manager Kara was incredibly helpful, and called around the different Safeway stores in the area to try and figure out which store got my online order even though the customer service desk was closed for the day. After a while she found the store and spoke to their manager who stated they would redeliver my order. Thank you again Kara and Jada! (I'm so sorry if that's not your name! ?)”
“We just stopped by a few minutes ago after my daughter's game, I had 3 hungry kids who wanted tenders and wings. They didn't have of the wings we wanted in the hot bar so I asked the guy behind the counter if they had more, he offered to fry us some fresh. It was piping hot and delicious! I didn't get to see his name but he was the african american guy behind the counter. I gave 5 stars because of his great customer service.”

“This morning I had a particularly stressful start- complete with seeing my gas gauge was nearly empty. Fortunately I got to the pinnacle peak general store in time! However my rental car fuel door wouldn’t open. I checked ChatGPT - google. I ran into the general store and asked the cashier to have someone familiar with the fuel pumps etc come out. She herself came out and warmly tried so hard with me to find the necessary latch. Her name is Roxanne and she helped me so much/ at a very stressful time . She is a superstar.”

“This Safeway is one of the best ones. The produce here was very fresh- even the fruit cups- not mushy or raw but perfectly ripe fruit. There's also a larger assortment of fruits and veggies here vs other Safeway. The aisles were well organized as well, and everything was easy to find. All the products were well stocked. The hot deli had so much too choose from as well.Plus, with everything pretty much spread out, the store didn't feel as crammed.Checkout was quick and easy. Had a great experience here!”

“Not a huge fan of Sprouts. However, I just happened to be in there and picked up one of their BBQ seasoned roast chickens. Whoever is making those at the Shea/92nd location needs a raise. I used to only go there for specialty items. Now I will make a trip even if I don't need anything just to see if they have the chicken available. Person actually put salt on the chicken which makes a huge difference while roasting. Thanks to whoever is roasting these chickens!”

“Really like this store (always buy too much), but they need to fix their labeling. So many items cold, frozen, regular, are gluten free, but not marked on the shelf price tags. If you're a shopper looking for specific items, you will miss out. Also, what moron made the "new for you" tags almost the same color as "gluten free"? They could have been purple or blue. Duh.”
“We visited from California and this store had everything. There was a very professional lady in the deli who made a delicious sandwich. It was not expensive either. The Starbucks employee was friendly as well. Maybe people are friendlier outside of California 😅”

• I just deleted a bunch of basically really nice reviews of this Safeway, which is a pleasure to shop at. I needed some space so that I ended up just clearing them all but shopping experience and great customer service.
• The specific purpose of this review is to thank Manager JAMES B, For always wonderful, simplified customer service.
He also ultra impressed me the way he helped me avoid a rain check because he knew something about the product and I can’t get into details but what he did was a genius in my mind and it was the same as waiting with the rain check so big thanks also for his thing he did
Today I went in with a minor difficulty and MADISON Also may just more than easy
You can’t beat the service and personalized check lanes versus other very large unmentioned grocery stores!
I really like shopping at the Safeway everybody’s super friendly and I’ve had experiences in the pharmacy, the meat department and customer service /always good. For about 12 years actually
Honorable mention to Evelyn and the entire Pharmacy department I can’t remember the young man’s name, but he smiles all the time as well as, as well asJAMIE In the meat department and, NICK at checkout as well as Steve self-serve checkout. . oh my gosh, I almost forgot Gabe. I see him all the time!

“I want to thank the team of people who were working the front end of the store on Saturday. I had a few questions at the self checkout, and then needed help at the Service desk. They were patient and courteous, and while talking with them, I learned a couple of new things about the store that will make future visits more convenient. The great thing about this Bashas location, in addition to it always being clean, is that they're clearly evolving, while not losing that element of person to person customer service. “Oddly there was a line with only two cashiers open but they did have 7 open self check out lanes. It was still a long line.
Store was clean and well stocked.
Signs for lines was a bit hard as half the store has secrioned aisels and the other does not.
Has everything I wanted.”
