Do not buy the Belkin screen protectors from here. They claim (sales and Genius Bar) they have a lifetime warranty with Belkin replacing them if anything happens. Welp, something happened and Belkin denied the claim stating they only cover manufacturer’s defects. Save yourself the $40 and buy a screen protector elsewhere.

I bought a brand new iPhone less than 2 months ago and added AppleCare, thinking I was covered. After multiple service attempts, they couldn’t fix my phone, and I feel completely scammed. Save your money; AppleCare is worthless!

I have been shopping in Scottsdale Quarter’s Apple for years since they have opened! I have to commend an extraordinary employee. This is the first time in so many years I’ve had such outstanding incredible customer service. From beginning to end, he was incredible! Patient kind knowledgeable, informative, and we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Ron McCormick For truly, the best customer service we have ever received in an Apple Store!!! Apple is very lucky to have you as an employee! Your kindness was second to none, and you should actually be running one of the Apple stores!!!

Awful service at this store. Wait times are unreasonable, they help multiple Pepe at ten same time instead of giving you the time you reserved.
I’ve walked in and had a staff member look at me and look away ignoring me and ask the person who came in after me if they needed help!! Even though they had seen me stand in line first, waiting to be helped!
Went in for a battery change and was offered a great deal for an upgrade after being told that my carrier plan qualified me for a carrier promotion deal! I confirmed that yet again with the sales person and he said he was absolutely certain my plan qualified.
Three billing cycles later and many calls and a visit to the store, turns out my plan never qualified and I am paying full price for a phone I did not really want in the first place and only bought it because of the deal. I was waiting to upgrade to the newer model that now released two months later!!! The salesperson lied and denied everything and said he had told us we needed to change our carrier plan at the time of purchase. I had also asked at the time if a new model wa being released and he said no! He upsold me the phone under false pretext of a carrier promotion and I’m stuck paying full price. No one helped me resolve anything and didn’t bother calling me back after I told them that the salesperson had lied about informing me of about needing a plan change to qualify for the deal.
Unacceptable service and behavior from Apple.

Absolutely horrible customer “service”. In spite of a double appointment had to wait in the back of a long long line outside: was twice promised help with transfer of old device to new device and then told by 3 different staff “why don’t you do it yourself at home and if you have problems we have a helpline”. Also I took 2 empty boxes from the display and asked where to get & pay and employee clearly wasn’t interested so I left w/o buying the 2 items. When I spoke to store manager about this he couldn’t care at all. Not counting AirTags I have 12 Apple products (multiple iPads, EarPods, Apple TVs, watches etc) Love the product - hate this store and will NEVER be back.

Do not come to this Apple Store. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The manager went out of his way to waste more of my time after I had already driven 45 min to get to the appointment. I was on time for a 6:40 appt and didn’t get seen until 7:10. After waiting and wasting my time they couldn’t help me for the night.

It’s so difficult to speak with someone over the phone. You have to get through AI, then to someone else who then transfers your call to someone at this location, took 20 min for something that should’ve taken 5. It’s very inefficient, frustrating, and would be way easier and saves everyone else time if you can just make a phone call straight to the location. Also made an appointment and had to wait 45+ min when I got there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I’ve never had such bad customer service, went on August 25 at approximately 6:30 PM. There was a huge storm with a weather alert and I just finished working out right there so I went to pick up my phone as I didn’t want to drive in the storm.The store was pretty much empty and there were nine associates in the front just standing there while one guy was handling pick up items. I asked if one of them could help him because there were six of us there waiting, I asked very nicely too as I hate confrontation, but this was ridiculous. There was a short pudgy man with a beard who seemed to be the head of the sales people (the group of them were standing there like a teenage wanna be boy gang lol) he was so rude and proceeded to tell me that none of them could help the guy in the back~it wasn’t their job. Then he proceeded to walk me back to hang out with the other people who were waiting there.We were all flabbergasted. That’s the only word I can think of to describe it. I felt so bad for the guy handling pick ups, it was so upsetting, he was so nice and helpful. I use a lot of Apple products, but after this, I am thoroughly disgusted, will never return to that store. As T.Swift says NEVER EVER!
