I was dealing with a super annoying home internet problem that was going nowhere dealing with customer service on the phone, So I called the store directly and Mattie, the manager, Came to my house personally and fixed it pretty much instantaneously highly recommend going through the store for all your cell and home Internet needs!

Joceline did an excellent job resolving a weird problem with our account - then we were able to upgrade our phone - she helped us sync the new phone. She answered all of our questions. She did an awesome job

Johnathan was amazing, professional, was able to get us a new cell plan, port our numbers over, get it all up and running so quickly. He even took a call from us after his shift and answered a question. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Jonathan was terrific helping correct the network issue on my phone. He also set us up with the internet air modem and disposed of my old sim card.

My entire family switched plans in November of this year from a different carrier. Mattie, Troy, and Jonathan were phenomenal and so helpful through the transition. They made sure we had all the info and a great deal! Highly recommend coming to this store!

Mattie was absolutely phenomenal and very knowledgeable to help me with my situation! I got scammed from adding a phone to my account from AT&T 3rd party at fry’s. Not only did he solve my issue but went above and beyond.

Since moving to Arizona, this has been my nearest AT&T store. Always great service, but there is a guy there named Jonathan who is just awesome to work with. He's helped me with two faulty device issues and getting me sorted with new devices under warranty every time. Jonathan is funny, great to work with and just has a great attitude of, "hey I'm going to get you the help you need to the best of my ability."

We have three phone lines and our son needed to upgrade his phone. The team at this location provided excellent service. Mattie spent a long time explaining all the options and both he and Greg stayed late to finish our son’s upgrade and ensure his phone transition was seamless. They were both incredibly professional, knowledgable, and friendly. It does not always go smoothly when changing phones and we were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and customer service by Mattie and Greg. We were so impressed with this location that we will be returning to upgrade my wife’s phone. Highly recommend this location and Mattie and Greg.
