CJ did, in 20 minutes, what AT&T's LOUSY call centers could not do in eight hours of calls to them. From now, I will never call AT&T's call center again. Their call centers in foreign countries are HORRIBLE. Instead, I will just go right into the store. Thank you CJ for getting my issue taken care of.
