This location is ALSO temporarily closed. They keep our money, but don't offer office hours. WTF?

So I went there today. Walked in and no one was behind the counter. No person in sight. A women was in a side office talking about her children on a phone call. I could hear a second woman in the back offices behind the counter talking also. I stood there for five minutes. Not one person. Then a guy comes out from behind the offices. Walks out from behind the counter and starts taking to me about my work (I'm in work clothes). Then says she will be right back. I said-no one has talked to me since I came in until you spoke to me. He made some confused halfhearted excuses. He started back behind the counter again to get the woman I could hear talking in the back part. I left and went to the branch on Pima. They know customer service. The entire time I was there I could hear both women talking non stop. Zero customer service. Do not go to this branch. Beyond rude.

Never know when branches are open. Understaffed if one ever needs to go inside. Much like the DMV.

I never have such a bad experience and be treated like this before. i brought to exchange one of $100 bill which I got from ATM drive trough on this location two night ago after 6:00 pm ... it was missing one of the corner I was trying deposit on my other account and ATM did not take it.. So i came to the bank and explain what happened and one of the employees basically told that she don't know where I get that bill... that their ATM not filled up with damage bills.. I told her to check the camera.. and to look at the my account.. she didn't check but she exchanged my bill and repeat again about ATM thing that it's impossible to get such bill from it... basically accusing me as I am making up the story. i felt terrible it should not happened to me.. I call six times to complain about but nobody pick up the phone.. its such a low service and no proper training ..very unprofessional ..and shameful for representing this bank.. i am not surprised now why this location has only two stars on reviews .. it just terrible and not okay on any shape or form..

Wow! Ariel met me at the door after taking good care of an older gentleman concerned about an odd voicemail he received. I mentioned I needed help wiring - she is the approver on site, but mentioned if I did it on my laptop it could go same-day. I opened my laptop and she oversaw my work and I had it done in about 5 mins. Super helpful and made me happy I am with BOA!

Bank of America as a company is horrible. They have policies that you can see frustrate the employees and do not care for customers. Company needs to have out-of-the-box backup plans when something is down or customers have a strange situation that they need help. I use to bank with this guy institution, it is sad to see nothing has changed.

Kassandra and Jeanette were super helpful! I got there right as they were opening at 10am. I had a few requests (name change and ordering a replacement debit card) and was out around 10:30am. The place was very quiet. They also have a notary on staff.

Dawnyelle is the BEST banker. I always pick her line. She is super helpful. Always very kind, personable and wants to make sure everything is done correctly and to my satisfaction. She also knows a lot about their services and can direct you to what you need. Great service here!!

No service personnel for almost a year to help on any day... Friday's most frustrating. Corporate should acknowledge this and at least allow one other teller for personal service help. Someone sitting in a glass walled office staring at me asking and approaching to ask questions is not enough to satisfy keeping an account in my neighborhood

Chad :"Come on MAN! I have Gout!". Is the last thing I want to hear during an emergency. Whether is laying extra mats for traction during rainy days to taking affirmative action during irregularities: A HMA getting dropped off by the drive-thru ATMs then hides behind the generators while crossing himself before attempting to enter the banking center. As soon as I took a picture using my cellphone two undercovers immediately pull up in a red convertible displaying their badges around their necks and armed. The two undercovers returned twice that day and each time they would acknowledge me with, "Good job!". Or the time a WMA in a maroon Dodge Ram truck would ask questions that were of no concern to him then would return a week later just this time he would park on the Fry's parking lot and acomadated by another, (bald) WMA. When they departed the banking center the bald-WMA would pull out a skeemask from his back pocket. Having to inform the PSM-Darren Miller and Scottsdale PD where all of these events would be submitted to the FBI where new strategic measures would be applied in protecting and deterring bank robberies and criminal activities.

Bank America is horrible. Too big to fail. Phone services sends you all over the place and forces you to listen to garbage ads while telling you "We know your time is valuable". You don't act like it. "We have high call volumes." You don't have enough staff. Terrible BIG BANK. No care for customers and will stick fees in anytime they can.
