09/25/2025. Great service in the lobby. Several employees met me and asked if they could help. Beautiful lobby, and ATM is right there. I wanted to trade in 2 old worn out paper bills, and the manager was there.. not busy, and gave me 2 new bills. Only transaction I made was at the ATM with my account.

I had a very good experience working with a banker here. I’m not sure if he wants to me to mention his name so I am not referencing him. If you’re fairly new to BofA I think it’s easier to open an account in branch. I know they didn’t have as good of a reputation 15 years ago but they have truly stepped this... read full comment

Kassandra and Jeanette were super helpful! I got there right as they were opening at 10am. I had a few requests (name change and ordering a replacement debit card) and was out around 10:30am. The place was very quiet. They also have a notary on staff.
