I purchased a TV and had it mounted on the wall from this Best Buy Store. The geek squad prepared an invoice on site and I wrote a check. Next day they call and indicated the invoice was incorrect due to a sales tax issue. The new amount was for less then I wrote the check for told them to deposit it anyway. They informed me they shred the check and I needed to provide a new one. They picked up the new check and next day told me USB rejected my check. I am a private bank customer with USB and multiples in my account to cover the check. They insinuated I was a fraudster trying to pass a bad check. I contacted my USB rep whom indicated that never happened, the check was never deposited. Pathetic company, stay away.

I consistently have the best service here out of several Best Buys across the Valley that I have been to. The layout is inviting and it is never uncomfortably busy or cramped.

I just wanted to write a quick review for my guy Gregory in the phone section. I came in looking for a new phone and got nothing but good service. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me going through the process of getting the phone. Always made sure I fully understood and walked with me around the store to help look at various accessories. Good guy someone who shouldn't go undervalued.

15 day return policy, even after Christmas. So I'm stuck with a 600 gift I purchased that didn't work out for the recipient because of their return policy. Never again. Will be purchasing from Amazon

This store literally has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I Love Best Buy and I shop here at all the locations very often. However, this location in particular was terrible!I waited 15 minutes for someone in the Apple product, I didn't find anyone so I asked two guys who work in this location by the phone areas if they could just call someone to help me. One said no, and the other rolled his eyes and said "I guess that is me then", normally I get it we all have bad days. But this?? Was uncalled for. So I just needed a quick item, which turned out to Not be in the case after all, and instead of assisting me he huffed and puffed as if I bothered him.I then said, "I'm sorry, do you have a problem assisting me?" In which his response was "no, but there were other people around you could've asked." I'm sorry?? So I walked over to checkout, and then I'm waiting and the kid that checked me out was rude, I bought a new Magic Mouse for my Mac and some USB adapters, and this kid slammed my mouse on the counter, and rang me up. Didn't say one word, but more of me being an inconvenience.I tried calling the store, and it goes to online support. So I have no where else to message anyone, but I want to be contacted.Attached is my receipt, I was wearing a black shirt with a girl on it, some maroon shorts, and some slides.

I miss the days of multiple associates walking around asking if you need help.30 minutes in the PC area and no one. Another casualty of staffing shortages I guess.The guy who is always at the entrance is the only positive. He is always friendly and helpful. He gets the two stars.

Store clerks are fine but the company phone service reps are awful. Never buying an appliance from them ever again. Absolute nightmare.
