I ordered an item online, and picked up with no issues. I had some questions about different items while in the store, and one employee was very helpful, so sorry I forgot his name. He helped as much as he could, and even printed out details.

The computer Geek department impress me. Excellent service, very knowledgeable technician, very well organized appointment system. My laptop was upgraded by Dennis a very experience and patient hands. There is no reason for me to keep missing Fry's electronics anymore.
