The Best Western Plus Sundial is a well-maintained and affordable hotel in a fantastic, central location. It is very close to everything, including Old Town Scottsdale, the stadium, clubs, bars, restaurants, and the canal, making it extremely walkable and safe. The area is popular with a young party crowd, however, which can lead to some noise, especially from a nearby nightclub. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, and updated with nice walk-in showers. A noted downside is the bathroom door, which is louvered and offers minimal privacy. The hotel grounds and lobby are spotless and inviting. The staff are consistently described as friendly, fantastic, and amazing. A major highlight is the complimentary continental breakfast, which is extensive and impressive, offering items like French toast, breakfast burritos, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, and yogurt. Overall, guests find it a perfect place to stay with a great location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a standout breakfast.

Excellent experience here: modern, clean rooms, great breakfast setup, and GREAT staff. I come to PHX annually for a conference and this is now my go-to hotel to stay at.
