“We came here last minute due to bugs in our previous hotel and were so happy we did. Very good landscaping around the pool and courtyard has resulted is lots of birds and lizards calling it home along with wonderful shade around the perimeter. They have a bar/restaurant that will serve you while you’re outside along with games you can setup and use.
All these bonuses along with clean rooms and friendly staff resulted in a thumbs up from all our family members.
Only downside is it’s a bit outside of town so driving is somewhat necessary to get most places.”

“We came a few days ago from Banff Canada and the service was incredible. We came for the pools and where greeted by Alec who then introduced us to Thomas from guest services was exceptional giving us a tour of the property was defiantly a highlight. The pool bar staff where very nice and friendly too Nadia and Hailey gave us great recommendations in Flagstaff and Sedona. We got the opportunity to eat at Torro as well it was really beautiful being on the golf course as well as our server Joslynn W was incredible. We heard great things about the La Bomba before coming and it did not disappoint. Visiting the Scottsdale Princess was a dream and everyone we met made it incredibly memorable.”

“Amazing stay in paradise! Four Seasons Scottsdale was easily one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had, I don’t tend to post often, but when everything is exceptional and exceeds all expectations I have to! Personal greetings from staff at every encounter, special touches and treats, everyone goes out of their way to create memorable experiences for the guests. I specified the view was incredibly important to us in my preferences, the resort delivered and provided a complimentary upgrade to ensure we had spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak and the valley. The area was quiet, beautiful natural landscaping and we enjoyed balcony time watching the birds, rabbits and lizards. The resort has several pools and it was blissful enjoying the adult pool area which is well appointed with cabanas, loungers and umbrellas. Pool drinks and food were great quality (loved the frozen white sangria!). Proof delivered great selections and options, great breakfasts! Onyx is perfect for small plates, good drinks and great outdoor area, this is the perfect place to wind down in the evenings. The spa is well appointed and offers a great variety of treatments, massages and services, the spa team are very professional and it’s well run. Desert Orchard is a great place for gourmet coffee, tea and treats. The rooms are nicely furnished, high quality toiletries and twice daily services offered. Every need is anticipated and all the team members go out of their way to ensure your needs are met and expectations exceeded.
I can’t say enough about how special this desert oasis is and how great the staff are, if you want to feel special and pampered, this is the place!! Everyone was great, but extra special shout outs to Ella at the front desk, Anna at Onyx, Megan and Christina in the spa, Mason in valet, Hailey at Proof, y’all were terrific and went above and beyond!!”

“Super quaint. Very clean. Self check in worked great. Everything is advertised. Response to questions via email was quick. We went for a relaxing no frills anniversary trip. It was close enough to everything and each room is spaced far apart enough to no be bothered by other guests. The amenities are very nice as well and they don't use cheap products...from our in room lil coffee bar to the shower/bathroom supplies. Really nice touches throughout.
Restaurant is on site but not part of Bespoke Inn. Experience it anyway.

“I exchanged my timeshare to stay here during the last week in December. After a great deal of reflection, I would say I have really mixed feelings about this resort. First the reception staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions when I checked-in. Actually, all the staff was nice here and helpful. They cleaned my unit in the middle of my stay. That was a nice perk. A lot of timeshares don't do that anymore. The location is very convenient to downtown Scottsdale, which is about a mile away. If you have any interest in hiking Camelback Mountain, the Cholla Trail is also a 15 minute walk from the resort. However, I did not like the design of the units and they really need to be updated. There were two beds and a pull-out sofa in the unit. One bed was upstairs like a loft and overlooked the downstairs part of the accommodation The stairs are steep and narrow to get to this bedroom. There is only only bathroom in the entire unit and that is downstairs. If you sleep upstairs then you have go downstairs to do your business. Crazy. However, if you sleep downstairs, you have to go upstairs occasionally because that is where the HVAC control panel is. Okay. The over-sided tubs in the bathroom should be removed and replaced with walk-in shower stalls. The tub is hard to step in and out of and it can be slippery. Water pressure was also very weak in the bathroom.”

“We recently stayed 8 nights on a trip to explore Scottsdale. Staybridge suites are so comfortable, just like living in a little apartment with your own full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. This was convenient for us as we prefer not to eat all meals out. The VRBO we originally booked was a disaster and we were very fortunate to have Staybridge accommodate us on the spur of the moment and when they were already fairly fully booked.
For a few days there was a boisterous boys hockey tram staying above us. Staybridge staff responsively attended to our concerns.
We will be back!”

“We stayed in a Casita. It was spacious for two with a wet bar and mini fridge. Nice patio in front to enjoy the evening. There was a private pool which looked very nice, but we didn't take the time to enjoy it. The resort is located conveniently near numerous restaurants from family friendly, upscale and casual--won't be difficult to find a place everyone can agree to. Kimpton staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!”
“The pool, grounds and hot tub are lovely. The condo was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The decor is terrible, with different patterns on the floor, tile, chairs and art. I’m not sure what they were going for, but it wasn’t calm or serene. Also, the coffee pots and poor water quality, made terrible coffee, even after using local, freshly ground coffee. We had 3 units and they all had the same coffee pots. Even with purchased water and coffee , they made terrible coffee.”

“Regarding the property, rooms are nice and everything you need is within walking distance or a short uber ride. But, the reason I am leaving a review is because of the amazing service they provided for my family. We came in for a celebration of life and they took amazing care of all our guests. Diana helped facilitate an early check-in and helped us get all of our 4 rooms on the same floor. Ethan was awesome for the PM shift always greeting us and answering any questions. Nancy on the night audit team was super knowledgeable and helped with any late night needs. Ronda at the bar took great care of us and made us feel at home. If I travel back to Scottsdale this will be my go to hotel. Just a big thank you to everyone else who helped us have a wonderful stay.”

“Wr did a stay cation the weekend and had a great time. Spent most of our time and the pool. Staff was very nice and friendly. Clean pool and the rooms were very clean as well. If you are going to the pool just make sure to wear your shoes when walking on the concrete. Concrete was very hot. Should have a cool deck down.”

“We must write a review and praise our waiters, Mark & Kathrine at the mesa centrale restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale resort. They went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant as possible.
