“Really enjoyed our stay here!!! Got an unsolicited upgrade to a spacious tower room with kitchen - highly recommend that suite! Loved the bath products, spa, attentive staff, great food and drinks at the restaurant, pool bar, room service. Valets super friendly and provided cold bottled water every time when leaving. Super location near Old Town. Stayed one night longer than we planned, felt so at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“My favorite hotel in the Valley. Not a chain hotel but a charming, high end location with a history. Absolutely the best and they attract the most amazing, professional and helpful staff of anywhere I have ever been. The rooms are great and the bathrooms with shower and tub are top of the line. The salmon at ZuZu cannot be beat and the expresso martini is amazing.”

“We stayed here for two nights on our way from Europe to Mexico. Its a really nice hotel, bright, modern design, pleasant rooms, clean and very well located. Loved the glass bottle in the room that you can fill with filtered water, instead of all the plastic bottles you would normally get. The roof top bar is a nice extra bonus.The only think I'd say could drastically improve is the (non existent) service at breakfast.”

“Great location. We have been coming to Kierland Villas for a few years and always love it. Love the pool, steam room and sauna. The female bartender at the bar near pool was very accommodating, friendly and provided great service.Looking forward to going back next year.”

“First time at this beautiful resort! Wow! The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained. The staff is kind and welcoming! THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. I work in the hospitality industry and I know what service should be and this place hit every mark there! The two restaurants I went has was the best I had. The staff treats you with best hospitality. “I was extremely pleased with my stay here in November 2023 for 4 days and 3 nights. It's situated in an easy to locate spot within walking and driving distance to many food and shopping varieties. I really appreciated that it's not a loud area either. Our room was very tidy and clean upon arrival. Maid service is available upon request. I was impressed with the gentleman who checked us in and he provided a great outline of all the amenities available to guests. Breakfast was served daily and was something we looked forward to each morning. I think our favorite part was the free Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby that you could fix yourself to your liking any time of day or night. If you wanted to purchase a Starbucks drink, you could order one around the corner of the machine in the lobby at the little cafe.The pool and jacuzzi looked delightful but we didn't brink our suits. I loved that downstairs had a "bar" where one could order some appetizers and a few entree selections. We didn't make our way there but I saw many people there each night. The weekend we went, there were a few large groups of youth sports teams staying with parents, so the lobby was often packed in the early mornings and late nights. Still, we never had any noise issues or disturbances despite the young folks. Our king size bed was very comfortable. I slept really well so I've no complaints there. I think my one and only thing was the shower's water pressure wasn't the best and could be more powerful. I am just still so impressed by this hotel and I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. I suppose Best Westerns aren't the fanciest but this is the first I've stayed at this Aidan property, and it exceeded expectations! It felt more high end than your average Best Western or another in this price range.I'd absolutely stay here again when we find ourselves in Scottsdale again. I really appreciate the staff for taking pride in the care of this property because it shows.”

From the location, cleanliness, ease of check in, phenomenal employees, beautiful spacious rooms, and the gym I highly recommend this for solo travelers (like myself), to family, to couples vacationing. I spend 50% of the year in hotels across the Southwest and Midwest and this was a memorable experience.”

“Stayed for 5 days and had an incredible experience. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, parking was a breeze, staff are friendly and the location was convenient. We loved the bar/restaurant downstairs. The pool was very spacious and fun to swim in. I’d definitely want to stay again. The only con was the market in the lobby was unbelievably overpriced but nonetheless stocked with anything you could think of. Thank you all for the service!”

“One of the best golf resorts I've ever been to in Arizona. Great place to hang out. Giant fire pits, pool table, piano, multiple bars, golf shop, golf lessons, it's a great place very beautiful views. I highly recommend checking it out. They had a really good deal for valentine's day couples. I wanted to get a room but they were booked. It's a popular place so if you want a room best to plan ahead. I'm definitely going to stay here when I come back to Arizona. It's worth spending a little more on where you are staying. Especially in Arizona, you have a lot of good and bad areas but rest assured this is one of the best!”

“The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch is such a wonderful wedding venue. My husband and I hosted our wedding in the Desert Garden space outside during the fall (in late October), and it was everything and more that we could have asked for. The landscaping and greenery provided a beautiful backdrop and the water features were so peaceful. Our photos turned out amazing! All the staff throughout the planning process as well as day-of support were extremely accommodating and gracious. If you have guests coming in from out-of-town, it’s nice to have the option to host other wedding-related festivities onsite. The little café, restaurants, spa, and pool are great amenities for you and your guests to take advantage of while you’re on the property. Our families also hung out at the lobby bar after the wedding and had a blast closing out the evening there together.”

“4.5 stars overall. We stayed here for 3 nights. One couple had the Loft for two nights - which was spacious, well equipped and just damn lovely and a standard room for one night. The contrast, in terms of space, is quite marked though with the standard room being a little cramped. The other couple stayed in a superior apartment - which was nicely furnished, clean and of a high specification. The location in the old town is unbeatable and quiet.Why not 5 stars? Well, to my mind the website is slightly misleading in that the restaurant is a separate business and shares the outdoor spaces/courtyard with the hotel which are very close to the bedrooms. This can mean that there is quite a bit of noise in the evenings and can make, what otherwise feels like a very private hotel, feel a little impersonal. However, the major disappointment was that there was no breakfast availability at all. To me, this should have been made clearer.Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and helpful, there were thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers in the room and valentine biscuits on Valentines day, good quality fresh coffee in the room. Would happily return.”

“Four Seasons in Scottsdale is an oasis in the city. While Scottsdale is a built-up city, Four Seasons is situated in a way that there is more of a remote feel. The mountains that the property backs up to assists with the secluded feel. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. We were greeted by each staff member we passed. People near the entrance were quick with directions for the areas we were planning on visiting. Some Four Seasons amenities include pools, pickleball, tennis, fitness classes, kid's programs, restaurants, room service, and hiking. There is a full service spa. The spa includes a salon. Views from the back of the hotel and the outdoor/courtyard area are spectacular at sunset. The sky was a blaze of purple, orange and pink. There were a number of people there specifically to watch the sunset. It was the quintessential desert sunset. The Four Seasons has a distinctly southwest aesthetic. That feel extends into the accommodations. Rooms are suites or casitas. The rooms have an upscale yet natural southwestern feel.”

“6 stars if I could give it. Rooms are very well maintained, suites are MASSIVE, turndown service and extremely friendly and professional staff. The suites are quiet, have a beautiful pool and worth every penny. I would 100% come back out here for a personal trip with the wife.”

“The best place to watch the sunset. Huge outdoor patio with games and plenty of seating. Both restaurants: the Monarch and the Italian restaurant have expanded their outside seating with firepits and outside bar. Great people watching too.”

“Just got back from our stay at the McCormick. Hotel is clean and quiet. If you require house keeping you’ll need to call and request it. Also loved the location! It’s in a great spot if you’re interested in seeing Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Great, affordable hotel. I didn't realize it's so close to a lot if plazas and things to do. 1 king bed with a full kitchen (with a microwave & little stove): room was great; furniture, bedding, bathroom & dishes were nice and clean! Everything was in good condition, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. Breakfast was nice, the usual choices. The hotel was clean & well kept. Close to the Movies, Butterfly Wonderland, Aquarium, Target, shopping & food. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking in their lot. My only complaint is the shifty frying pan that the eggs still stick on even after putting a thick later of oil on it and was impossible to scrub clean with a sponge. Haha. Pool area was nice and they have computers with internet. Staff was pleasant. I'd happily stay here again.”

“The staff member (they probably call themselves Pack Members) Nicholas, from Hawaii, sold me and my boys on the whole G.W.L. experience. We dropped into the first activity Arts and Crafts right after check in. He made my boys feel so welcome, and even checked in with me on what I wanted from the stay. He provided tips on how to enjoy the quests to learn the layout of the hotel all while managing a room full of kids and parents coloring and decorating their crafts.Nicholas then caught up with us in his way to clock out that evening. Spoke to the kids about their day, and had even more tips about how to enjoy their evening with reassuring us that he would be back tomorrow to “see how we were doing.”The 2nd day we caught up with Nicholas after enjoying the waterpark, he asked again how we were doing, and had compliments on the boys new Wolf attire, and tips on how to wear a wizard’s cloak properly. He also made sure that we met Wiley the Wolf who was around the woods earlier. ??I hope others enjoy their stay as much as we have, and that Nicholas’ service is something the G.W.L. leaders encourage across all their Wolf Pack Team Members! And, that he gets recognition for the hospitality he showed me and the boys this week! We’ll be back ?☀️?Nearby activities: We never left the campus of the hotel as the onsite activities kept the boys’ attention the whole stay, but Scottsdale has a lot to offer, and would be worth coming back to for a weekend getaway.Safety: The kids were able to wonder the lobby with some supervision to complete their “quest” it was a good environment for the, to explore.”
