I came in close to closing time to get a watch adjustment and Anthony was great. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Amazing customer service.

I stopped by and Anthony really took his time and explained the brand to me. I just got a promotion and look to celebrate with a new watch. I’ll be back to get my first Breitling !

If you need watch adjustments see Troy. The previous employee took 45 minutes and struggled swapping a link in my watch but for Troy no issues. Done within 2-3 minutes at most. The longest part was taking the links out of the box and plastic bag then putting them back.
