I came across their shop a couple of decades ago while visiting the area, and have returned every time I'm near Phoenix for their top notch quality and service.
This most recent visit was extra special because I was entrusting them with a literal family heirloom... a silver ring my grandfather made for my mother 67 years ago. The original malachite stone had been damaged inside the setting and the ring was out of round. Old Town Jewels was able to replace the stone, and beautifully restore the ring to its shiny glory! My grandfather would be impressed.
Not only were they able to flawlessly repair the ring, they expertly packed and shipped it to me in Wisconsin in record time. My finger barely missed it, and I couldn't be more pleased!
