“Great customer experience. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band online and it was going to be very expensive to ship them across the states to get them soldered. I went to several jewelers and no one would help me since I didn’t get my ring through them, but Oliver Smith didn’t mind at all. They got me a quote and took my ring in for repair within 15 minutes (much cheaper than I would’ve had to pay online) and told me it would be a two week turnaround which I was expecting. I got a text in less than 24 hours that my rings were ready for pickup! When I picked them up the next day I couldn’t believe they were mine with how pretty and polished they were. I can’t even see the soldering. I can’t speak to anything else about their shop, but if their customer service and flawless repair quality indicates anything, I would definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry needs! “I’m visiting from Texas right now and my best friend just happens to live in Phoenix so we decided to walk around Old Town! I’m so glad we did because we stumbled into this gem of a gallery. My friend and I are both artists so we had an absolute blast looking at all the amazing paintings, sculptures, and photography (and more actually!), however, the real gem at this gallery is Mark! He immediately welcomed us in and told us to make ourselves comfortable, spoke to us throughout our visit to give us the background on various artists and point out things we might have missed in the paintings, and talked about certain styles and techniques. I have never been in a gallery with someone as passionate as Mark and I wish I lived locally so I could attend the book clubs and art walks they host! Such a cool space. Do not skip this. It’s 100% worth it.”

She took my heirloom diamond ring and helped make it into the custom engagement ring I envisioned, worthy of my beautiful bride to be. She is upfront and understands not only the jewelry business but business in general. Unlike other generic Scottsdale places, Glenna became part of the process, looking to help rather than maximize the bill. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. I already did! “I have been a customer of Ralph Mueller for decades . They fabricated a gorgeous ring for me and have also bought items from me at fair market value. Ralph explained the process of how they come to a price and showed me the different equipment he uses to evaluate an item. It was all very informative and interesting. Ralph is a native Arizonan, down home as they come, who wears cowboy boots to work and does business worldwide . “Brent has been the only jeweler my wife and I have used since about 2001. The quality of his settings and jewels is beyond reproach. We recently visited Phoenix and Prescott but we contacted Brent to visit his new shop which was still under construction. We both had Brent make some changes to some custom made rings and the rings came out much more beautiful than before.
