“Great customer experience. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band online and it was going to be very expensive to ship them across the states to get them soldered. I went to several jewelers and no one would help me since I didn’t get my ring through them, but Oliver Smith didn’t mind at all. They got me a quote and took my ring in for repair within 15 minutes (much cheaper than I would’ve had to pay online) and told me it would be a two week turnaround which I was expecting. I got a text in less than 24 hours that my rings were ready for pickup! When I picked them up the next day I couldn’t believe they were mine with how pretty and polished they were. I can’t even see the soldering. I can’t speak to anything else about their shop, but if their customer service and flawless repair quality indicates anything, I would definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry needs! Thank you for all the help!”

“1959 Ford Thunderbird with a clock gauge. Spring broke and shorted between the rewinding coil and the negative housing causing it to heat and stretch. Took it apart, and after trying a few springs that didn't work I took it into Clock Doctor... It's an odd design with an odd spring and they had it fixed, and running in just minutes. Extremely polite and amazing people behind that desk. Absolutely recommend them for repairs, purchases or anything clock related!”

“I researched this business on the BBB after seeing an ad online for a free watch battery. I walked in without an appointment to get a watch battery replaced. It was an easy and quick process, the employee was friendly and the price was exactly as advertised - free! They even set my watch's time and date for me and gave me some options for a ring repair I have been thinking about getting done. Usually you expect some fine print with these types of promotions but they honored it exactly as the ad said. Definitely recommend!”

“This is a great little Mont Blanc! As far as Mont Blanc stores go in size this is easily one of the smallest I've been to, but I was wildly impressed with the salespeople. I wasn't here for a pen, but specifically for inks and paper, and they treated me with the same level of service as if I were going to buy a pen. They made sure I saw everything I wanted, showed me the various inks, and did not rush me whatsoever. As people came into the store salespeople in the back would immediately come out to help them. No one waited for assistance and everyone was greeted upon entry. They don't have the largest selection due to size constraints but they are very helpful. I left glad that I stopped in.”

“I am unsure why there are so many negative reviews. On the contrary of what many others say, I have never felt judged coming here. Mind you, I am a legging and sneaker type of person. I have always been warmly welcomed and offered a beverage.If you are there to only look then you can go in based on how busy they may be. You may not have someone assist you directly but you will get to see everything and possibly get sized if you ask.Definitely do your part and set and appointment before hand if you are serious about purchasing.You can’t expect 5 star service if you can’t set an appt. They have other customers & are often busy.Another suggestion is speak to a sales associate. I personally have had a wonderful experience with Michelle Kim! I have purchased a few items with her and never once have I felt pressured. On the contrary, she’s been so helpful and feels like a longtime friend.As for the jewelry pieces themselves, DO IT. Never once have I regretted adding a piece to my collection. The quality is phenomenal and their pieces are timeless.”
