“Great customer experience. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band online and it was going to be very expensive to ship them across the states to get them soldered. I went to several jewelers and no one would help me since I didn’t get my ring through them, but Oliver Smith didn’t mind at all. They got me a quote and took my ring in for repair within 15 minutes (much cheaper than I would’ve had to pay online) and told me it would be a two week turnaround which I was expecting. I got a text in less than 24 hours that my rings were ready for pickup! When I picked them up the next day I couldn’t believe they were mine with how pretty and polished they were. I can’t even see the soldering. I can’t speak to anything else about their shop, but if their customer service and flawless repair quality indicates anything, I would definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry needs! Thank you for all the help!”
“I worked with an associate to purchase a watch remotely and have it sent to me. This went very well. Before it was picked up by the shipper, I politely asked if the order could be cancelled. I was reminded of their no refund policy. I was hoping that because the watch had not been shipped, they could show some goodwill and cancel the order. No luck. They are very rigid with their policy and are not willing to provide the level of service you might expect from a trusted retailer. Keep this in mind if you ever need to work with them.
Update: I managed to make it to the Scottsdale boutique in person to look at strap options for my watch. While I was there, the manager, Jared, approached me and asked what he could do to make my experience better, even offering a refund because at the time of my request I had not received the watch. While I declined his generous offer because I was satisfied with the watch, he did go the extra mile and offer me some other options to enhance my purchase. I sincerely appreciate his effort and commend both him and the associate, Ashley for their excellent customer service.”

“This the second time finding this little gem in old town Scottsdale.
It’s a family business (father and son) 1 block off of the main square.
Unlike the other jewelry stores in the area, they don’t seem to play the high low game (1,000 - 40% today = 600) there prices are reasonable from the start. I felt good buying from them. It’s fun to buy and they help you have fun. Next time I’m in Scottsdale and I need some jewelry, Im going there.”

“I researched this business on the BBB after seeing an ad online for a free watch battery. I walked in without an appointment to get a watch battery replaced. It was an easy and quick process, the employee was friendly and the price was exactly as advertised - free! They even set my watch's time and date for me and gave me some options for a ring repair I have been thinking about getting done. Usually you expect some fine print with these types of promotions but they honored it exactly as the ad said. Definitely recommend!”

“Great watchmaker's shop. Picked up a vintage Omega freshly serviced for a good price with about 20 to 30 watches on consignment. Citizen, Bulova, and some others. They do repairs and service, but there is a decent queue, but they have 2 or 3 watchmakers so a good place to support. Also, a must visit if your into clocks with contemporary clocks to old Ansonia clocks.”

I have always been warmly welcomed and offered a beverage.If you are there to only look then you can go in based on how busy they may be. My best friend of 15 years is obsessed with Tiffany, and I was going in to pick up an infinity band ring that she really wanted. It wasn’t available in-store, but we ordered it online and it arrived just two days later (Sunday to Tuesday). However, I was on my way to the celebration, and Thomas did not want me to arrive empty-handed!
