“The most incredible jewelry artist and customer service imaginable! I dreamed a beautiful pair of magnificent earrings for a anniversary gift and Brent moved heaven and earth to get the stones in and created them in record time so I could receive them on our special day. Then - I went and bent the clasp the wrong way on a holiday weekend before leaving on a trip. Got a flat tire on my way to House of Diamonds, and called Brent to tell him I would not be making my appointment- but NO! Brent sent his amazing J to where I was broken down and rescued the earrings before the tow truck arrived! After hours of dealing with getting my car repaired, I called Brent to report that I wouldn’t be able to make it in before he closed -but NO! Brent drove to where I was and delivered the earrings to me on his way home. WHO DOES THAT??? This talented jeweler, who created my dream earrings, bent over backwards AFTER the sale to make sure my cloudy day had the most incredible silver lining and that I had my earrings repaired and in hand before my trip. I cannot say enough about the caring, considerate and amazing jeweler and person Brent is and the service that he and his staff provide!I’m proud to report that I sent my daughter and son-in-law to him when it was time to get their wedding rings and that he takes care of all of our family!”

Although there were a few issues when I picked it up the first time or two, they were quickly addressed, and the watch was fixed. I especially like the job they did plating it and fixing the dents and numerology. The watch was in very bad shape compared to after the service. I have since worn it a decent amount.”
