Absolutely excellent service from the leasing staff! Professional, competent, and thorough. Although I was not able to rent from this community due to work location... Adrian was extremely helpful and provided a great experience throughout the whole process while I was looking & reviewing my options.

Living at Cortland Scottsdale Mountain has been great so far! Everyone on the maintenance and management team have been so kind and helpful. I’m especially grateful for Ryan! He has been so sweet, professional, and informative when asking questions. Definitely a great addition to Cortland! 10/10 recommend living here!
