It's extremely quiet which makes it peaceful to live here. The Standard consistently exceeds my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the historic part of Scottsdale. I truly felt at home here, and it's been an amazing experience. I'm moving to another GreyStar building, so I'm excited about the new adventure that awaits me. “I went to another MAA property a few days ago and dealt with an amazing employee there. I was hoping when I walked in the office here that I would be treated just as good. To my surprise Jennifer was in the office! I guess she is superwoman or something working at all these properties. Anyway she remembered me from a few days ago and could just about recall everything I was looking for. Again she narrowed down a few choices for me and off I went to view them. This time I came back to the office because I had some questions. Jennifer explained everything to me and I was sold. Both properties looked excellent inside and out. This company sure does take pride in their apartments and it shows”

I’m impressed with their upstanding work ethics, uplifting and friendly attitudes, their abilities to clearly articulate the issues at hand and work with our schedules to have the necessary work completed with minimal imposition in our living space.

The Camden team communicate with contractors on every work order. All of the crews are professional, respectful, skilled, and efficient.

This place is amazing! Since my boyfriend and I toured with Kenny, everything has been super professional and smooth. The leasing office staff are seriously a dream team — Amber and Marci (hope I spelled that right!) are so kind, professional, and on top of everything.

After some not-so-great experiences at other apartments, finding this hidden gem was such a relief. We definitely plan to renew and stay here. And for anyone worried about noise — I don’t hear a thing in my apartment. It’s very soundproof, quiet, and peaceful. I can’t hear my neighbors or outside noise at all. It’s convenient, well-kept, and just a great place to live.”

“Maintenance was quick to correct and complete service request. They explained why it happened and howvthey were going to correct it with an approximate time line. They met the time line and also asked if there was anything else that they could help with while here. professional, friendly and courteous with exceptional customer service”

I have lived at Optima Sonoran for a year and a half. I enjoy the amenities and the infused nature on every balcony is a dream. Love laying by the pool for community and zen.

I want to give a special thank you to Darla. She is a newer staff member in the main office but has been a saint any time I need support. She actually hears you out and is patient with you. She’s always kind when I see her around the property. She will go above and beyond for you.

Jenayfer was absolutely great. She made me feel so welcomed as soon as I got here. Extremely outgoing, sweet, and did so great at showing me around ! She made me want to live here even more ! “I moved to the US for the first time and Carter has been the best possible place I could have stayed.

Jenifer (Hodges) was the most helpful and kind person helping not only with moving in but also with all the things you don’t know when you move to a new country. The apartment is super clean, has fun events and my patio was my favorite part.

True service quality you usually recognize when moving out and the team and especially Jenifer have been nothing but helpful. I will think back to my time at Carter many years from now and remember this as a great place to live.

I can only recommend moving in because the apartments, the amenities and the location (walking distance to all the Scottsdale hotspots) is just great.

“I have been living at One North Scottsdale apartments for nearly 4 years and really enjoy living here. The grounds are kept very nice, I love my apartment and it's nice to have access to the two pools. Recently, they hired a new head of
maintenance, Nolan Andrews and he is awesome! I had a closet door that needed to be repaired and he took care of it right away. The previous maintenance team never fixed it properly. Nolan, is always busy working around the property and takes a lot of pride in his work. Not to mention that he is a super nice guy. It's great to have a head of maintenance that cares so much. One North and the residents are lucky to have him!”

“I toured Tatum Place, beautiful property, I ended up needing a larger home-3 bedroom so I was not able to lease but will keep this place in mind for the future. I was referred to a sister property and ended up renting there.”

“I just moved in last week, and I have truly had an incredible experience with signing and moving in here.

Kerina was the one who helped us sign, and she sat there with us past closing and walked us through everything. Not only that, but we were able to call anytime we had a question, and Kerina always happily answered. I could tell Kerina truly cares about every single tenant, and goes above and beyond. Not only that but she always remembered our names and faces and it felt very personal. Thank you so much Kerina, we are so grateful to have worked with you.

Kirsten was also amazing upon signing. We had a mix up with our move in date, and she helped us get that figured out with absolutely no question. She was very supportive and was so flexible with us.

Alyssa also helped us with our rent concessions, and even gave us a pass to free workout classes. Was so kind and attentive.

Overall I have had so many bad experiences with other management companies. But the people who work here stay true to their word, put the tenants at their best interest, and seem like they genuinely care. Not to mention, it’s a beautiful property. Amazing and clean, and I always see people working on the property itself to keep it nice for us.”

“I’ve really enjoyed living at the Aliante. The property is gorgeous and always well taken care of. The gym has everything I need, and the pool area feels like a little resort. The staff here are extremely kind and always willing to help with anything. Plus, the location is super convenient close to pretty much everything in Scottsdale. “We recently attended a hot dog barbecue hosted by Ryan and Madison at the pool. They were friendly and welcoming and took the time to connect with everyone there. The events hosted at this complex are a wonderful way to connect with neighbors.”

“I stayed here for 5 days and it is a good place to stay. We found this place on Airbnb and it is just as good as the pictures shown. Very homely like a home away from home. Pima Inn has all the amenities and also, it is in walking distance for essentials or a bite to eat. To go further out you can get an Uber or hire your own car to get around, heading to downtown Phoenix and so forth. If I come back to AZ I would opt into coming here again in Scottsdale.”

“Maintenance crew is amazing. As well as front office. They 100% handle things in a timely matter and are incredibly friendly. My experience has been absolutely great.”

“The maintenance supervisor, Gian, is great. I was going to move out as my unit was old was not renovated in over a decade and he arranged for everything to be upgraded in a week. It is relatively quiet here (considering it’s on a main corner of Raintree and Thompson Peak) and they are putting a lot of money into renovating the interior and exterior to compete with much newer complexes. They have a lot of community events and people are generally friendly. The office staff are good but they are starting to rely on AI assistance now and I’m not a huge fan. The bad: there is a roach problem in some units. This is extremely common in AZ with water roaches coming up the drains but it’s still very unpleasant to come across. You are paying less than a lot of the newer places in the area so you’re not going to get all the amenities but the trade off in savings is worth it to me”

“Scottsdale Serrento Apartments are fantastic. Very simple, basic facilities and amenities but everything you need at an unbeatable price. Sandy, Nancy, and Milan are all phenomenal at their jobs - always quick to respond and help with any maintenance requests, questions, or concerns - and (being quite literally a family) do a great job giving it a personal touch and family feel, getting to know their residents by name on a personal level. I really enjoyed getting to know them, and really appreciated that they made it feel like a home. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to balance budget friendliness, great centralized location, and great value and quality for the price you're paying. I would absolutely live here again over anywhere else if I were to move back to the PHX region.”

He took care of the issue quickly. I have dealt with plenty of maintenance people and Luxe by far has a great maintenance team who actually takes pride in their jobs and I love that!
