Worst chase I’ve ever been to with the most incompetent people I’ve ever came in contact with. No one knows what they’re doing I’m not fully sure that they are aware they are working at a bank. Every time I ask a question, I myself question what I’m even doing something back to the people. I’d rather walk bare foot in the peak of summer to a chase five miles down the road to complete a simple task then deal with these “employees”

What an embarrassment from the management from this location. Kyle 'The Manager' denied me access of withdrawing funds after providing My ID and Credit Card. I didn't want to argue so I later called in asking for an explanation which he was not able to explain. The guy was very clueless and I'm not sure why he was recently appointed to be the Manager. He didn't want to deal with me and hung up. I've been banking with Chase for 20 years and have been a Private Client of theirs. By far the worst experience I have encountered. I hope someone from Chase is able to contact me as Kyle refused to provide me his superiors email.

I have a substantial amount of money at Chase, so I stopped in to have a car title notarized. They took my debit card, entered all the information in their system, and told me that I would have to come back in 3 hours. Unfortunately, this is the pattern for Chase a decline in customer service.I went to the UPS store, paid $10 and had my title notarized in 5 mins.

I would not be surprised if they had training on ways to minimize interaction with customers. Most of the branches in Phoenix are empty and have 5 or more empty offices or cubicles. Manager at almost every branch seems perturbed to speak with anyone about anything.

I was asked to make an appointment to set up a business account online at another branch . Meeting set up and had to wait 3 days . Show up to Meeting and they have no idea about it and the person I was meeting with doesn't even work that day . Horrible experience

Would give zero stars but that isn't an option. I called months ago to change my legal name on my account and was told that during the height of covid, I had to make an appointment and come in to change it in person. I did so, only to show up for our appointment to a closed bank. I received multiple email and text confirmations. This is horrific service and a serious waste of my time. I am so disappointed. Can't even get a customer service representative on the line. Not that it would be useful because my banking needs are "appointment only".

I am unsure of how there are so many bad reviews of this location. Every time I walk in I am greeted by name and the banker I work with will give me a wave even if she is busy. I have had outstanding service at this location.

I find it quite outrageous when all of the retail stores are open and Chase Bank has not opened their branches. I am not sure what's going on with Chase but whatever it is from a customer standpoint they continue to implode. A customer for over 30 years I am bank shopping.

They deserve a no star review. Needed to withdraw pulled up to the drive in banker and instead of i'll be happy to help you he said "we have a walk up ATM or a drive thru ATM. They had no parking and a line at the drive up ATM. Pathetic service!

As a chase customer of the last 13 years I am truly disappointed to say that I am planning to close all my accounts with them first thing Monday morning. I received a letter in the mail today stating that an account had been opened up under my name and when I went into my home branch (Grayhawk and Scottsdale rd) right away to find out what was going on I was (extremely rudely) told by Krissy the only banker on duty that she would not speak to me about the account (even though I have government ID and many other account with this bank) because there is someone else's name on the account as well. I was told there is nothing I can do and to just "live with it" yeah no not okay with me. I want to know how someone can walk into a bank open an account claiming I am a minor (I am 25 years old) under my name and yet when I, the actual person, walk to to find out any information about an account using my name I am turned away without any assistance nor any guidance on where I can go to get this figured out. I asked for the branch managers card and Krissy tried to claim that she was the branch manager and I had to ask a lead teller who was very very helpful, more on that in a second, for the REAL managers card. I am disgusted with the way this banker Krissy treated a long time customer. The lead teller on duty Sean was EXTREMELY helpful and truly the only reason why I did not close out my account right then and there, as well as I did not trust his Krissy person with any transaction regarding my accounts. He not only called around to other branches to try and find me a branch manager on duty but he assisted me with getting some further contact numbers to try and figure out this case of fraud I am dealing with. I will be taking the rest of the weekend to get to the bottom of this before I go first thing Monday morning to speak to the branch manager.

Everytime I come in there's no one working. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes as no one even offered to help me. The bank manager was just sitting in his office staring at me.

Great bank so far. I like my main branch on Pinnacle Peak but this is a good backup location close to my house. It's a little more laid back and relaxed location. They seem like good neighborhood bank. Check them out! Don't forget to check out the Pinnacle Peak location.
