David was phenomenal. Explained everything to us about opening up our new joint bank account as well as other options. Walked us through the entire process and did not rush us at all despite it being close to closing time. Great experience!

System glitch (Chase's, not mine) clobbered my contact information. Couldn't fix it on line because it wouldn't let me log in. Phone support couldn't fix it. I popped into this branch and David G got it all squared away in just a few minutes.
