“My wife and I stopped in with our 23mo daughter after grabbing coffee next door, we wanted to look for her birthday and she had fallen in love with the window displays walking by! Amazing product selection for all ages, our daughter absolutely loved it and it's a beautiful store. We had a pretty distasteful experience with one of the employee's, however the owner and manager really went out of their way to make it right and take care of it in the right way. Love the items we purchased and will probably stop in again on our next trip to Scottsdale”

“I love this store! They have an amazing selection of clothing, plushies, little gifts and bows. It’s perfect for back to school/holiday outfits for my daughter, as well as birthday presents for her friends. The owner is a young woman who is almost always there, is always amazingly helpful, and really tries to be so accommodating (went in with my daughter and she tactfully hid Xmas gifts for her so she wouldn’t see them.) can’t say enough good things about this place!”

“Been here twice so far, and both times we found cool socks for the whole family. Perfect as a little souvenir, and their choice ranges from NFL/MBL/NBA (and possibly NHL?) socks to art-inspired designs and just funny socks. Very well sorted and very friendly staff.”

Today I found myself in a world of delight at Vineyard Vines. I was greeted by a young man named Zachary who provided the utmost level of customer service. I was walked through the store and educated on the craftsmanship of the pieces. The service was truly delightful. The presentation of the merchandise was truly spectacular with elaborate Christmas displays and decorations. There is no doubt I will be back for more.”

“I've been a huge fan of 7 FAM for many, many years... their jeans, their tops, sweaters, jackets and more. It's always high quality, fits me well, and tends to be classic and stylish for years.That being said, I had not stepped foot in a 7FAM store for quite some time until just a few weeks ago... I finally made time for myself and met a friend at the mall before dinner. We decided to try some clothing on. The employee helping us was super sweet, patient and personable. With her help, my friend and I both found a pair of jeans. I also found a sweater and a blouse. I was not going to get both, but it was my lucky day as they started their black friday sale early and everything was 40% off! I bought it all and have already worn everything and am super pleased with it all!Yes, it's regularly pretty expensive, but catch it on a sale day or splurge on yourself... retail therapy is real!”

“Was strolling through the mall when I happened upon this store. The relaxed and stylish feel of the clothes quite appealing. Decided to venture in and try the clothes on, wow- the felt and looked amazing. Decided they were a must have for my wardrobe. Prices were about what I would pay at another mall store and I took the plunge. The sales staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had options to choose from and the sizes needed. When ringing out they even offered to ship my purchase home -FREE of charge! This was perfect for me as I didn't want to pack these items with me on the plane. “A group of friends and I visited Arizona for the first time and decided to go to the mall to help a friend pick out her birthday gift . Peyton greeted us with the biggest smile when we arrived. He was super friendly and was very patient with my friend who was trying on robes. He never got frustrated and was very accommodating by running in and out to the back room to get different sizes for her. She ended up changing her mind and buying shoes instead, but Peyton maintained great customer service the entire time. I had my eye on a particular bag the entire time but opted out of getting it. Peyton knew this because he was very attentive! Before I knew it, Peyton came out of the back with the most beautiful bag. I couldn't resist! I had to get it! He wrapped it up so beautifully, it looked like a professional wrapping company did it. Unfortunately it was too big to take as carry-on on the plane but Peyton stepped right in and offered to ship it. My bag will be delivered in a couple of days! Peytons customer service, outgoing personality, and attentiveness is unmatched! When we come back to Arizona will definitely be visiting this store again!”
