Today I went in with my dad who is in his 70s and walks with a cane. Nobody acknowledged him and when he picked out a wallet, we went to the register to pay. As soon as the transaction in front of us ended, the employee working just turned and walked away without even acknowledging our existence. It was honestly one of the absolute worst customer service experience interactions I have ever seen. The message is clear: if your elderly (and probably wealthy) parents want to shop here, just know that their money isn’t “cool enough”. Infuriating.

I truly appreciate my shopping experince with thwse ladies. Their attentiveness during my viait was a pleasant surprise as they were able to point out several vintage Coach pieces i happened to be wearimg while in the store. Although i didnt purchase anything they were very kind. I’ll be back soon!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Coach store, where the branch manager (Breanna Belle) displayed appalling customer service. The manager’s racist and condescending behavior created an unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s disheartening to encounter such behavior in a retail setting, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers. She knows what she did.

The Scottsdale Fashion Square 'Coach' store staff is incredibly well trained, polite, and extremely professional. The next time you're looking for your favorite 'Coach' brand store, I would highly recommend patronizing this establishment.

Angela and Kimmie are amazing! The customer service is superb, the store is spotless, the perfumes are wonderful, and the bags are... beautifully designed and impeccably crafted. This is a flagship Coach so they tend to have special items in- store.

Worst customer service, I bought a purse and the manager treated me rudely and denied service. She stated to fix my issue outside the store. The only reason I went there is because my purse is beeping at the scanner in and out from all stores. It’s embarrassing. I will never buy anything from this store.

If I could personally provide a 0/5 review I would for this location. I have only ever purchased from Coach and my experience today alone has made me never want to purchase from this brand again. I bought a brand new purse a Week ago and took it out of the box to see how my items would fit. The bag being too small I wanted to return it. When I brought it into the store they found "scratches" on the bag not visible to my eye. I had them buff it and they still refused to give me any return only offered to exchange it. I tried it once but apparently their policy was never worn or used meaning the bag depreciates to worthless the moment it leaves the store because how else would one see if it functions without at least pulling it out of the box and placing articles in there. The woman was unmoving and unempathetic to the situation. Even going as far to show me the supposed scratches but i could not see them which to me tells me she was reaching. my favorite line was them telling me how their job was to find the scratches. I understand I am not a professional but there was no way I myself would have caused those scratches only having taken it out of the box once and putting my wallet in their to see if it fit. I am now stuck with a purse too small that I will be attempting to resale. I will never purchase from this brand again and highly encourage others who think about shopping here to go second hand. your purchase becomes useless the moment you leave the store based on their policy. very disappointed. 0/5.

Came in with a new Coach ReMade purchase asking for personalization and was immediately dismissed because they wouldn't be able to replace the product if they messed it up. I explained that I was okay assuming this risk and would not ask them to replace the item. They were unpleasant and condescending and, ultimately, unwilling to personalize my Coach item. My local Coach store has a fantastic team. This store could not be more different. Now my graduate gift (which was going to be fantastic) is lame and I am disappointed.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Went to exchange a purse my husband bought me for my anniversary because it had a scratch. The manager was very rude!!! She treated me likeI couldn’t afford to buy a purse from there. Refused to let get a different purse because the color he bought me was sold out. Then she told me that I had to get the same purse and would give store credit to come back when I had bid you I had the receipt. She also told me it would be a final sale and wouldn’t let me return it if I had an issue. She brought a black one out and it had the same scratch as the chalk one. When I told her about the scratch she looked at me and said you know they are leather. I know it is leather hint the reason I am paying so much money. I will not be going back and I will be calling corporate. She shouldn’t be a manager treating people like that. I am still not happy with the purse she gave but apparently it was also the last one.

If you want top-notch service, ask for August. He was very accommodating, friendly & helpful. He made practical recommendations & he cleaned & conditioned the learher before packaging our purchase.

Don't believe the ads: the "luxury" part of Coach's advertising is a lie. I got a Coach wallet as a present, but the wallet was too big. I finally drop by to attempt to exchange it for a smaller, and less expensive one. "No luck," I'm told by the saleswomen."Nothing?" I try."No way. You've gotta get here sooner.""I didn't have a chance.""Doesn't matter. It's the policy.""Can I just do an exchange?"They didn't say "f-off," but the tone was there.Don't people buy Coach stuff because said stuff is supposedly to be wildly luxurious, and the overall customer experience fantastic?

I ordered on line from coach. Order was to be here yesterday. Was home all day today. Received notification from coach email & text that it was delivered at 2:10 today. Got nothing! Called coach would not give me a refund wanted to give me store credit. These were items I ordered for Christmas! They offered me store credit instead of a refund. Items I ordered are no longer in stock! I will never buy coach again! Disputed charges on my credit card.....
