If I could give NO Star I would!! I went in to purchase two phones cash. Both were phones that were for two different cricket accounts. My brothers account and My mother who has held four lines with cricket for almost 14 years. One of the lines belongs to my daughter whom breaks her phone often. I’ve had to replace her phone multiple times and never had any issues with replacement of her device until now. I also pulled out approximately 2000 from my purses showing them I’m ready to purchase the phones. I told them that I needed a phone replacement for my daughter whom breaks has a phone through my moms account and I had her access code in order to purchase the phone cash. My mother lives in Washington. I also let them know my brother needed a phone and he has a cricket phone number but I only want to purchase the phone and he could activate it when I got home. The staff member told me that she could do it without him here. After she entered the phone number she asked for an id. I let her know I always replaced my daughter’s phone with an access code to the account and was never asked for an id. The women said I needed to get a copy of my mother’s id. I’ve never heard that in my life! So after asking my elderly mother to send her id, the women then asked me for authorization code. So I entered it. Then after discussing the iPhone 13 would be $500. And they didn’t have any iPhone 12s in stock. So I told her I would buy the iPhone 13 cash. Then we started discussing my brothers account. I asked the staff member why she said she could get into my brothers account if she wouldn’t allow me to get into my mothers? Made no sense. So after asking if I could purchase the Samsung 15 cash as well for my brother to later activate under his existing cricket phone number. The staff member told me she couldn’t let me purchase a phone without it having a phone number. I told her that my brother would activate his cricket line on it. Then she said she couldn’t do that. She said and even if you paid for the phone it would be locked to cricket for 6 months. I said ok and so what my brother has a cricket account….Then as one woman walked away to get the iPhone 13, the woman sitting in the chair then proceeded to tell me that she had purchased a Samsung 15 and she could sell it to me cash since cricket couldn’t do anything to help me. I then told her that she was trying to swindle the company she works for by trying to get a customer to purchase a personal cricket phone from her instead. The staff member got so furious and started yelling at me. Saying we aren’t selling her a phone. We are trying to help you!!! NOT HELPING AT ALL!! THESE STAFF MEMBERS COMPLETELY RUDE, I WAS READY TO PAY OVER A THOUSAND IN CASH AND THEY DENIED ME BECAUSE I CALLED OUT THE STAFF MEMBER THAT TRIED TAKING CRICKETS MONEY. REALLY NEED TO REEVALUATE THE STAFF YOU CHOOSE TO BE IN YOUR STORES!! THESE WOMEN GOSSIPING AND TRYING TO SALE CRICKET CUSTOMERS A PHONE INSTEAD OF SELLING THE PRODUCT GOR THE COMPANY SHE WORKS FOR!!!!!!

Martin was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient! I'm looking to cut my.monthly cost down and he presenting me with a reasonable amount (not overwhelming amount) of options. I am to be back if after window shopping they have the best price for my needs. Was super excited about the free HBO max with their 60 dollar unlimited plan!
