Total waste of time going here. They can't and won't help you if you have any problems. They tell you to call the 1800 number just to get the hour run around.

I swear, I've been a Cricket customer for 22 years, and the service I got at this store was incredible. Got 2 phones with screen protectors and activated in 30 minutes.

The store employee was very helpful and greeted me when I walked in. Told her I want to upgrade my phone. An she got me exactly what I wanted and lucky for me they had the color I wanted in.
