They have so many shoes on display but almost never have them at the store. Not to mention the wait time is horrible we waited 30 min for them to just tell us they couldn't find the shoe! Not just us but they said the same thing to 10 other people while we were there.

This was by far the most unorganized, cluttered, unwelcoming Dicks Sporting Good I have ever been in. Short staffed to the point that people were yelling in the shoe department for someone to come and help the 10-12 people waiting for shoe assistance. Only one shoe scanner worked and all the shoes my son and I looked up were all out of stock.
I sure hope Management sees this message/review and moves quickly.
Clothes and shoes randomly stacked everywhere, shoes in shopping carts piled high.
Scottdale - you can do better!

SAVE YOURSELF! Go literally anywhere else. The selection here is terrible and prices are worse.... But what makes this store so God awful is the employees and management. I have been lied to on numerous occasions about "computers being down, systems not working correctly, dressing rooms being full" anything to get the lazy employees out of doing their job. Try to talk to management and they feed you the same lies with a worse and more stuck up attitude. I don't leave bad reviews often, but I feel if I can save even a few people from wasting their time or money here it's worth it.

We came to get molded cleats for my son. There was one person to help more than a dozen customers waiting for shoes. I tried a couple of times to get help. Management seemed nonexistent. We spent over an hour trying to get shoes. I wanted to walk out, but my son wanted to stay. I don't usually write reviews, but the experience was particularly bad.

Waited for 25 min in the short area on a Saturday afternoon. Not one person said hello - finally left and will try somewhere else.

Been to Dicks on 2 separate occasions. Spent 45 minutes and was able to try on 1 pair of shoes. The first person went missing so another offered to help, but then he also disappeared. Would go somewhere else, not worth the trouble.

I am not someone who writes a ton of reviews, especially not bad ones, but in this case I just need to vent. I drove to this store to exchange an online purchase. After standing in a long line, when it was finally my turn, they said we don’t do returns in this line, go over there. Annoying, but not a big deal. So I waited in a second line, they processed the return but then added a charge for a $20 pair of Sox that I didn’t buy. I didn’t notice until I got home. I called and they transferred me to management, who then said sorry, nothing we can do. Tough luck. I tried to explain it was their tellers fault and they needed to fix the issue, he got more and more rude through the conversation, I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever had. Update - Dicks Customer support saw this review and reached out to me, They sent me a gift card which was fine for me. So corporate might be doing the right thing. But they still have the wrong people in management at the store level.

Shoe department employees think they are “too cool” to help anyone. Asked for shoes and was disappointed when the employee completely disregarded us and walked away. Will not return but the employees would probably like that so they don’t have to do their jobs

We love DSG, but unless you are shopping here from the mall, this store is not worth the hassle of curbside pick up or even in store pick up. There is no parking! Only 2 spaces for curbside pick up, but because there is no parking, people park there anyway, or you have people parked right in front of the store with their hazard lights on. It's nuts!
