They closed “before” 5PM for myself and another customer. If you advertise a 5PM closing time, follow it or change your hours.

My wife went in with a 20lb box, 12x20x28, ready to go with a FedEx label. Woman behind the counter wouldn't take it, stating they don't take any boxes larger than shoe-box size. She was really nasty about it.
