The customer service experience for us was incredibly off putting. Not only did they not install our appliances (which we outfitted our kitchen) but they never responded. It is incredibly disapointing the service offered here given the luxury of appliances - I would recommend to look elswhere

Ferguson supplied all of my kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures for our new build. Kim Tran is excellent, with outstand product knowledge and attention to detail.

The new Scottsdale showroom is a long, overdue major improvement. If you want to do more than look, it's best to make an appointment.

Stopped in to check out lighting fixtures and was extremely disappointed ?. Prices were extremely high and the selection, in my opinion was poor. Had better luck fours ago in Texas at Ferguson Lighting where we bought and had a few thousand dollars worth of lighting fixtures for bathrooms, kitchen island and bedroom fans shipped to Arizona for our new house which was being built and nearing completion. The fixtures from Texas I have never seen in any lighting store in Arizona or Nevada. I guess style changes by location. Having another house built and just may have to drive back to Texas to shop at Ferguson's there. ?

They offer a lot of nice things for the bathroom, etc., but the salesperson I was met by (Madi) gave me the impression that she couldn't be bothered in dealing with me and made me feel as if I wasn't worth her time. (PS: I bought my Jacuzzi product elsewhere)!!

Walked in around 4:50 knowing that they were about to close. I walked in and this older lady was on the phone at the main entrance. I waited for her to look up so I could ask a question but she never did after about 45 seconds of standing there. I did a quick sweep of the store and was leaving she was still glued to her phone. I guess her phone was more important than greeting someone and saying goodbye. Wish someone would have help us because we wanted to come back. But I will not now because I wasn’t acknowledge.

Very disappointing experience. I drove from Scottsdale to look at lighting and other fixtures, as I am updating my home. I have tried to call multiple times but no one answers. This makes it difficult to schedule an appointment.I arrived at the lighting gallery. I am disabled, making waking difficult, and went to the door to see a sign that instructed to check in "across the street." I walked across the parking lot to the door of another gallery, where another sign read to check in at the other door. I walked around the building and spoke with a woman at the front counter. She said I could look at lighting, back across the parking lot. I explained that their system makes it difficult for the disabled to shop. Her response was not appropriate , so I asked to speak to a manager. She walked to the back of the store and returned laughing. I don't need to shop in a store with a staff who appears inconsiderate.I left and will shop elsewhere.

Ferguson's is located in an industrial park off Raintree. It is a beautiful showroom at Ferguson's. This place was recommended for their selection of Koehler products which is what we have at home. My hubby had visited the other day and wanted me to see a faucet set before purchasing. They had a matching faucet to our other sink. We waited a few moments for the staff who had helped him the other day. I was able to view the set on the computer and in person. It was nice looking. We put in our order. Staff told us it would be delivered by UPS to our home next week. Great! Shared parking and free WiFi.

Horrible experience I was treated as someone who couldn’t afford to shop at their store. You could feel the racism and discrimination with the staff. I guess I was the wrong color to even walk into there store!!!

The service and white glove treatment from the entire team was the best. Garon made sure we had a temporary oven range when ours was back ordered for one year! HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE!!! I highly recommend using Ferguson as your appliance partner vs. just being a number on the wall at the larger stores.Thank-you to the entire team and especially Garon!!Marc M.Scottsdale AZ

I have been ordering plumbing supplies fron build.com online, owned by Ferguson, and received many large items in 5-7 days, but have waited for delivery of a bathtub for 2.5 weeks, when the expected delivery was 1 week. Email inquiries were answered by form emails, but no delivery date. Also tried calling. Really frustrating.

Buyer beware! On August 21, 2021 we made a significant purchase of items for our home for our kitchen and bathrooms. Prior to making payment, we were assured all items were in warehouse and would be delivered in a timely fashion. We began to receive items for the first couple of weeks after purchase, then deliveries came to a complete stop. After a few more weeks, we contacted our sales person who assured us items were on the way. When bathtub arrived, it was the wrong model. According to salesperson, our bathtub was lost! He sent a replacement, which we didn't like. We returned and then had to wait a couple of months before original was finally shipped. Then the laundry room sink arrived several weeks later. It was the wrong model. We returned it. We are now in March and am still waiting for correct laundry room sink. My question is how does a company who assures the customer that the items are in warehouse and then proceeds to lose them? I understand the supply chain delay however, the items were in stock when we paid for all in full. So, Ferguson has kept our money since August 1, 2021. It is now March 2022.

Called before I drove to make sure they were open. They were and I was assured I did not need an appointment. Went there. Talked to front desk person who said again I didn’t need an appointment. When I asked two separate salespeople for help, after I walked around for half an hour, they rudely told me, even though they were doing nothing, I needed an appointment. So, I would have to walk back to front desk and get an appointment. I had bought merchandise when there was customer service.
