ATTENTION ALL CARRIERS- BOYCOTT Worldwide Express Globaltranz Brokers are crybabies! They try to force carriers into accepting loads by threatening to deactivate your or decertifying you to haul freight. Don't haul their freight!

My company has worked with their billing dept for several years and I can testify that their billing department is a mass. Over the years, we often received past due notices with strong languages demanding payment for bills that had already been paid. In our last shipment, the trucker their agent hired damaged our customer's shipment, even called them to demand payment when Global Tranz failed to response to their calls. My company's first hand experience can now put the pictures together and explains the reason of the numerous negative reviews that point back to the poor management in the company. For example, we have a claim that has been pending for close to 90 days. So far, we have not received a single response from Global Tranz regarding the status. Their agent Freight Nation contacted on our behalf. Again, 90 days have gone by, and there has been no response. Their claim submission website is also outdated. We spent hours to complete the form that was necessary to process our claim but only received an error message at the end. We tried it a few times, and all received the same results--ERRORS with no explanation where the error was!!! We were not sure if our claim even went through. Again, we reached out to GLOBAL TRANZ multiple times to follow-up with the claims, but got no response.

This is the worst company ever to exsist no one answers it’s been 3 days and they can’t answer a damn email. The one time someone answers that I speak on my issue they hang up this company is trash and should not even be running

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or you will regret the decision. They will send you every invoice from the freight company (upcharged of course) even when they know it is not valid. If you ask them to dispute a charge, most often they will not put it thought. If you call to ask for disposition, you are ignored. If you file your own claim for damaged goods and the freight company (in the unlikely event) pays the broker for the damages, you will NEVER see that money. This is because they apply it to your open invoices EVEN IF THEY ARE IN DISPUTE. These guys are out for your money. Don't expect to see a dime from disputes and expect to receive unexpected add-on invoices months after a shipment is closed.

Really, really good shipping center. Been using them for years and I love working with them. Provides better rates than Unishippers and quicker quotes. Just like one reviewer said - trucking companies do make mistakes, but it's these guys who help us get it resolved. I'd rather go with a shipping center than the actual trucking company. You end up saving so much time.

We are a carrier we hauled load for globaltranz and never get paid when we call they keep saying everything is ok and we should receive the payment this Friday, Fridays keep passing and now 90 days passed and still waiting for the promised Friday. I don’t recommend this broker at all.

I'm one of their current agent, their authentication system ask people to sign in every single minute in order to access our emails and the LTL booking system. The support team tells me it's the way it is and nothing can be done. I know people at other companies with the same MS authenticator and they never have this issues. A lot of issues happened after the merger and management is not taking care of things.

AWFUL. Their service is subpar, and their invoicing team is clueless. They don't apply the payments to the right invoices (or at all) and they won't respond to any of my emails asking to clear it up - they just keep sending statements every month showing a balance that we've already paid. They even sent us a random refund cheque, after sending these statements showing that they think we owe them money. Now they've sent us to a collection agency and they STILL won't reply to our emails and correct our account. They are rude and unhelpful and have zero customer service.
