Upon visiting the spa, one will find a clean and tranquil environment. A customer and their spouse received services, with the customer particularly impressed by their facial performed by Sara Jo. Sara Jo was described as fabulous, knowledgeable, and skilled in her craft. The customer's husband also enjoyed his massage, which helped his shoulder, performed by Nikki Lynn. However, there was an instance of poor customer service from a staff member named Dana. The customer was spoken to disrespectfully and felt unvalued when inquiring about services and holiday specials. The customer also inquired about microdermabrasion or dermaplaning services, but was met with a dismissive response. Another customer received a massage as a birthday gift and had a great experience overall. The customer appreciated the meditative music and the kindness and understanding of the staff. The room was described as nice and relaxing, with a heated massage table. The customer received a full body massage with a focus on their upper back, but noted that their upper chest/neck/collarbone was not worked on. Despite this, the customer would still recommend Hand & Stone to others.
