Hunkapi Programs is a special place where healing happens through the connection with horses. The staff, especially Terra, are dedicated and caring, creating a safe space for people to be themselves without judgment. Visitors and clients often experience deep acceptance, hope, and love, which can be hard to find elsewhere. The farm and its team make a meaningful difference, especially for those coming from difficult backgrounds or trauma. The programs combine horses and healing to benefit the community and anyone who visits. People leave feeling inspired, supported, and renewed by the caring environment and the genuine work done to help others grow and heal.
I attend the first responder cohort and it's very helpful. The farm has a great vibe and even better people.

I had a foster kiddo that was able to attend. She came from a very hard place and was in numerous types of therapies. I can honestly say Hunkapi made the biggest difference. The work they do is invaluable to traumatized children.
