“WOW! Talk about a 'hidden gem'! My daughter's high school swim team had their season end banquet here. Dolce did an amazing job! Upon arrival, they had plenty of parking, the venue was decorated beautifully with a photo op area for all the Instagram moments. The room was set perfectly. I know I'm gushing, but they did a great job. The food was great. NO COMPLAINTS! I'm not affiliated with this venue at all only 100% satisfied. Bathrooms were nice. Overall, amazing. I highly recommend this venue for any function - up to 250 ppl I think it was. The manager on duty, Jennifer Lajoie who is the Director of Events was so very helpful and a joy. Kitchen and catering staff were on point too.”

“I've always known about Frank Lloyd Wrights' legacy of innovative design but now I've learned what that really means, what were his architectural concepts that he insisted on using. I appreciated the self-guided walking tour and imagining the lifestyle incorporated into the homes Wright designed. The home was beautiful! The gift shop was excellent! This was a worthwhile activity to spend a couple of hours at during my 5-day visit to Scottsdale, AZ.”

Impressed, excited, grateful, and satisfied. From the very start of this process to the vert last minute at Clayton House, we felt supported by you all. I have never had such hands on, welcoming kindness as I had with you all. Bailee, you are a true gem. You quickly resolved every need we had and then some. You were boots on the ground helping me coordinate the event, helping serve breakfast, helping the custodial crew after our confetti, and mainly, I went into the event having literally zero worries because you would be on my team. The preparation calls ahead of time were such a great touch and really made me wonder how I have ever done this any other way! Your genuine care for our event and kindness warms my heart to this day. To the catering, buss staff, and clean up crew. Wow. Joe among others was on top of water carafe refills and plate clean up like no other. Your hard work was noticed, and I wanted to specifically call out your name.
As far as clean up, we know the confetti was a huge ask, and there was a LOT. I never once hear any huffing and gruffing during clean up. Though, I wouldn’t blame you. The professionalism was top tier and I really appreciate that. You guys were all hands-on deck. I feel like there was 20 of us cleaning or something. No person left to do it alone. Bailee and her trainee were in there helping just as hard after running our event all day. That was seen and for us goes a long way! Thank you for making an exception for us to host our event in a way that’s true to us. Fun, loud, and with LOTS of confetti poppers.

The food – I am still hearing about how amazing it was. My only regret is that I didn’t get try everything! Life of a coordinator, I guess. Maybe next time ? shoutout to Bailee once again for assisting me in delivering our one gluten free attendee with his separate desserts that we brought in. Again, top tier service going above and beyond.

So many of these moments were amazing and it all came together by every single person working that day, March 19th 2026. We hope to be back at Clayton House again for future events if you will have us.

One final touch I will never be able to live without is their photo booth! They have a portable photo printer that prints pictures like an old school booth. They can update your photo strips to any background you need. Such a great addition and s keepsake.

“Very nice venue, went to a wedding the staff did very well keeping things organized and on schedule.

The only thing I'd say needed to be different was a bit more outside shade availability It was hard to see the ceremony while you stared into the sun.”

“Parking was limited, however there were a number of handicapped parking out front.

Bathrooms were clean and well designed. Handicapped stals were large with plenty of room for even larger chairs to maneuver around.

Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“My first experience and I have to say it was a whole lot of fun. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sara who was very friendly and very helpful in guiding my friend and I through the booking process of playing mini golf. Before we began playing my friend and I got some drinks at the bar from Craig and they were amazing. He is a great bartender. Bob, the manager also was very interactive with us which made us feel very welcomed here and even joked around about us playing golf. I enjoyed that interaction and would come back again and recommend this place to others”

“This course is nice and fun to play. Unfortunately, grandstands were taken down when we went at the end of March. Conditions were fast. You also get a complimentary caddy here. Helps so much with the pace.”

“This is a lovely area with lots of things to do. There is a small playground for kids, and chairs and tables are available. It's a great place to spend some hours outdoors. The place is very clean and well-maintained.”

“This is one of the best stadiums in the entire cactus league. The physical building covered in brick makes you feel like you are at the Giant's stadium in San Francisco. So when you are walking to your seats, it has a really cool mini-stadium feel. There is also a lot of great food and drink options all over the stadium to make sure you have something nice to enjoy while watching the game.My favorite part of the stadium is the seat selection, particularly the bar area in the outfield. This provides a great environment to really enjoy the game with a group of people, or even a place to make some friends. You can watch the game with a full-service bar right by your side. You still have the classic stadium seats around the infield, and the standard Arizona outfield lawn seats as well. So depending on what you like, there are options.You can't really put a physical characteristic on this field on why it's so great, because the atmosphere provided by the people/fans is really what makes this stadium amazing. Maybe because it's right in old town and it's just really easy to get to. Either way, it's a great location to enjoy some spring training.”

“A great hotel with beautiful views. Staff was great also, and everything was very clean. I have been to a lot of nice hotels and this seemed excessively priced for the hotel. Almost 1300 for two nights seemed high, but otherwise great hotel and location.”

“Amazing people! they create a Family like setting, and teach everyone at their own pace how to do things. Tara is such a generous and Patient person. She taught me a lot about being true to myself, while being a good person and having motivation in life. She taught me that not everything is easy, but nothing is impossible. “We just had our company work party at the Bowlero in Old Town Scottsdale. Dan and his staff went above and beyond to make our party a success. He helped with every little detail and the set up was amazing. The holiday decorations were perfect. They were very attentive with all of our guests and a lot of fun to be around. “I visit phoenix for my official work and for the last 2 visits I choose holiday inn at this location particularly because it’s quite and in a prime location surrounded by lot of Restuarants around and Scottsdale being a prime area the rooms were kept pretty clean and the front office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always available to serve you I will definitely stay at this place whenever Iam in phoenix overall a great experience”

“Regarding the property, rooms are nice and everything you need is within walking distance or a short uber ride. But, the reason I am leaving a review is because of the amazing service they provided for my family. We came in for a celebration of life and they took amazing care of all our guests. Diana helped facilitate an early check-in and helped us get all of our 4 rooms on the same floor. Ethan was awesome for the PM shift always greeting us and answering any questions. Nancy on the night audit team was super knowledgeable and helped with any late night needs. Ronda at the bar took great care of us and made us feel at home. If I travel back to Scottsdale this will be my go to hotel. Just a big thank you to everyone else who helped us have a wonderful stay.”

“We must write a review and praise our waiters, Mark & Kathrine at the mesa centrale restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale resort. They went above and beyond to make our visit as pleasant as possible. It was a morning breakfast visit that took an extremely long time to be served and they handled the situation with humor and grace. They both went out of their way to try their best to apologize & make sure we were taken care of. Kudos to the two of them!”

“Course conditions and facilities was on point. Very nice. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful not as dramatic as some of the desert and mountain courses, but the course was in great shape. Given the options I had on the day and time, I think it’s a great value. I would have played again during my trip but was not able to find a tee time that worked.”

“I've been staying here many years, awesome service and nice large rooms. It's a bit dated, but the location and service balance that out. The only weird thing is an 18% gratuity is randomly added to breakfast and it's inconsistent.”

“This hotel is clean, comfortable and very quiet. From check-in, Dominic happily greeted us and made sure we were well taken care of! We had mentioned we saw the night club next door was loud on reviews and that we have a young family, and he made sure to book us a quiet room on the opposite side of the hotel. There was ample parking, and always had security around the parking lots at night for extra safety. It's steps from old town, so we didn't even need to move the car if we wanted to explore that area.

The room itself exceeded our expectations
Very clean, extremely quiet and comfortable new beds for us to sleep on. We had booked breakfast ahead of time (you could walk up and pay $11/day otherwise), which was delicious, a good, healthy variety, and they had more enough for everyone.

We ran out of soap qnd and requested extra towels, and both were restocked immediately and abundantly! We were greeted with a smile every single time we passed the lobby. The customer service was stellar with all staff, and when Dominic was working it was always an extra special treat.

It was hard to say goodbye to this hotel - we would 100% stay here again, and have already recommended it to several friends and family members to stay here if you're in the area!”
