The website mentioned that the item was in stock, so I went to the store expecting to find it. The clerk confirmed it was available and directed me to the aisle, then left me on my own. However, when I got there, the item wasn’t clearly marked with a shelf tag, and after looking around, I couldn't find it. I ended up leaving without the item since it wasn’t actually in stock.

Beware of Ray , offering 15% on top of your order as long as you only see him , just called corporate and the assistant manager and they confirmed this is not real , now a investigation is launched internally against him . He’s been promising the same thing to everyone that sees him and upper management protects him .Shame on upper management for allowing this to happen , you’re all responsible for letting customers be lied too and stealing their money when they could have shopped elsewhere for ACTUAL savings . I will make sure everyone knows about this . You’re all low lifes for this .

The website is unusable to try to find items' locations in store to save shopping time or order for delivery! All I get is buffer wheel.

This specific Lowes, (say the following like Thurston Howell the 3rd, from Gilligan's Island) located in south Scottsdale, is the best, no lines, people are friendly, and if your car or truck's tires need air pull up to the front of the store!

Generally has parts that Home Depot doesn’t. The store is cleaner and better organized as well. The parking lot is clean and there’s a large garden center. Also they have a frequent buyer program that is helpful when you’re doing constant construction and landscape projects.

Tonight I was reminded why everyone I know goes to their competitor 🟧 I asked 5 people for help and was on holding for 30 minutes before hanging up and giving up. The customer service is atrocious, plus tried to get a door but they were all busted. Just save the headache and go elsewhere.

It was 7PM on a Saturday and so; slow. I had not been in a Lowe's in a long while and my memory of that one and only time was so long-faded that this was -essentially- a first trip.
Kitten and I needed (as Kittenette so gently put it) to 'grab your wood'. But the wood would be ours and we would be more than grabbing it. Clearance Wood, Douglas Fir, 5-ply. In the bay, it was marked as "Cat Wood". Obviously, a good sign. Though the former sounded like an assasi n (now dead via Secret Service snipers; Douglas Clearance Wood), the latter sounded like a fictional girl band; a misbegotten Hanna Barbera toon that was pulled after its premiere airing in '77 and for which some animation manager was fired, only to be snatched up by a record label and set forth to scout for the real thing. He would then have gone on only to twist up the teen lives of 4 or 5 girls in a Runaways knock-off, but the OG Cat Wood cartoon would have rocked. Pardon the pun.
Needless to say, we got the wood we got the wood cut and we did get the wood out of there.
We grabbed our wood However, we remained.
Being that it was slow, people were where they were supposed to be and they were eager -but not overmuch- to help us out. They did everything really really well. The only thing keeping me from a five-star rating is that I don't know how it looks when it's busy.
Keep up the wood work.

Bait & Switch. Lowe’s never gave me the battery that came with my order. I bought a Bosch tool online for store pickup. It included a battery but when I arrived to pick up my order they said there was an error in their inventory and to take the tool and come back in a few days to pick up the battery. I called a couple days later and the employee told me I'd now have to buy the battery ($149) even though I already ordered and paid for it as part of my original order. Then I received an email saying they canceled the promo item (the battery) which came with the tool. Unbelievable. Seems to me like this violates the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. I even spoke with the supervisor who said he'd call me back and never did. Every employee I talk to tells me something different. I've spent over 6K at Lowe's in the last year and will now take my business elsewhere.
UPDATE: I called corporate after they responded to this review. They wanted to "ensure this is taken care of" and "earn back my trust". I simply asked for my original order, no money off, just the original deal that I paid for and they said no. LOL I wanted to pay for 100% of my original order and they wouldn't agree to that.

Not enough help in this location. Typical Lowes.
