Mixed experience. Went to buy a fridge...associate pleasant yet uninformed. Decided to buy elsewhere. BUT the gentleman in the carpet section could not have been more knowledgeable & helpful.

Had an absolutely miserable experience trying to get windows installed. They could never get the order right, always spoke to different people. After about 3 months just gave up. Was such a bad experience that Lowe's is my home improvement store of absolute last resort now

Customer service was on point! First person kinda knew what I was asking for and Itermatic outdoor time clocks are no longer sold at Lowe's
Next trip, different lady helped me find what I was looking for in the right isle, but asked for help and I was in and out in 15 minutes each time!

I much rather prefer shopping at Lowe's and that other big store. I can almost always find what I need at Lowe's at a good price. I don't necessarily recommend their install services for most things as I would just as soon do it myself and I know it's done right. But I do spend a lot of time and money at Lowe's

What a beautiful store and well lit. We came in to look at toilets. Ahmed helped us out. He even opened a box so we could see the biscuit color. We bought it and Ahmed made sure we had next day delivery and the toilet would be delivered right to our covered front door. What a pleasure ! Thank you, Ahmed! See you soon for all our needs!

Horrible customer service from I'm assuming the store manager. Bald and had a beard. Already on the defense without hearing me. And he honestly made me feel embarrassed for even asking. I actually started tearing up.
Went in to try to get another box of epoxy (wasn't even 24 hours after purchasing the original box) because the one I picked up from them was defective. He said "sorry that's not our company!" What's not your company? The brand that you sell in your stores?
We had epoxy done and used the exact same brand and color but used two separate boxes of the EXACT SAME BRAND AND COLOR. Did not have anyone tint the epoxy so it was literally the box kit straight off the shelf. If they are not all the same, then I would say that's a defective product and should be replaced free of charge!
Just go to Home Depot.

I would never buy a product from here again. They have lost me and my Airbnb company as a customer for life. The're customer service is abismal and the "manager" on staff Josh was incredibly rude and inconsiderate to adherance to a basic return policy. I noticed someone else under the store reviews also had a horrible encounter with a assistant manager of the same name with the same type of demeanor. How is he still a manager? Can someone PLEASE provide some re-training, Jesus!! The simplicity of not rasing your voice at a customer would be fantastic. If you want to discuss the depths and complexity of getting somthing returned, go here. I am sure Socrates and Aristotle were incredibly astute at the discourse of return policy. If you dont have time to discuss the merits of your return and creating their own 2 day return policies for products which are not true, go buy it online. I promise you Costco, Home Depot (which has a 90 day return policy BTW), or Amazon would never create arbitrary rules for returns.
