We’re here to help! Customer service was on point. First person kinda knew what people were asking for and Itermatic outdoor time clocks are no longer sold at Lowe’s. Next trip, different lady helped find what people were looking for in the right isle, asked for help and they were in and out in 15 minutes each time. The store has aisles and aisles of stuff, a beautiful well lit store, and a lot of things like toilets, biscuit color box and patio furniture. Ahmed helped people out, opened a box, made sure next day delivery delivered right to a covered front door. People can almost always find what they need at a good price. The store feels like a neighborhood hardware store on steroids, a DIY’s paradise with more stuff and more of.
Everything is slow as molasses. No fault of the staff, everyone was super helpful. But like every other Lowes, it's chronically understaffed because the majority of the CEO's pay is stock. And the best way to increase his take home pay is to increase the value of his stock by cutting labor.
