Love the product choice. These kids at the store dont know what they are doing. Also surprisingly geek squad will install it too, and for less.

Terrible Customer service from Magnolia/Best Buy. Hard to reach, unresponsive. 20.00 per month gets you know-where or very little.

Use geek squad total tech support. Much cheaper people. Save yourself from the Used car salesman mentality magnolia seems to have.
