“I was looking for a specific brand of notebooks that the website said was in stock. When I walked in, I asked the cashier where the notebook aisle was, and she let me know. I searched that aisle, as well as the next one over for the notebook, but didn't see them. I spent a good 10 minutes looking. I pretty had given up and picked up the store brand of notebooks, and decided to look one more time. I FINALLY found what I was looking for in the very bottom shelf. No one ever came and asked if I needed help(I was circling around like a shark, and the store wasn't busy), and when the cashier asked for my number to see if I was a rewards member, and it didn't come up, I wasn't asked if I wanted to join. It wasn't an awful experience here, but I think it could have been better. I won't drive out of my way like I did today to revisit.”
