He was patient throughout the entire process, turned my rough measurements into a floor plan, suggested rearrangements and configurations that might work better for us and improve the workflow, and showed us the furniture and colors on the floor in settings and groupings. He went above and beyond when he suggested the factory could customize a console that would accommodate my current TV/ Data screen and accommodate a larger one in the future. The delivery, setup, and cleanup were flawless.
