April 15, 2023 - Pima location. Came in first thing in the a.m. and the 3 people employees were already working hard to put orders together. I brought in about 50 balloons to be blown up, and they were friendly and helpful with my request. These days, I fully expect rolled eyes, huffing and puffing or monotone and dead eye responses. These 3 people were cheerful and kind. I wish I had gotten their names. I was very pleased with my experience this morning, and my daughter loved waking up to her 21st birthday balloons!

Misleading name showed up at 3am for the party but apparently everyone left. Got a cool balloon though. 5 stars

Great balloon section, but really abysmal selection of gift bags and gift wrap. So much was out of stock. Employees are friendly and helpful though.

Great staff, I went in for some birthday balloons and they gave a huge balloon area. Actually aisles of balloons sorted by theme it's quite an impressive operation. I was initially helped by josh to make out my selection, as he directed my over to the registers and he started working on my balloon bouquet. It was so fast and efficient. I was really surprised considering the customers that were here and all the orders they were working on , how easy it all was. Like I said it's the staff that makes it.

Came here briefly to check out party favors. I was greeted by scary skeletons and Halloween apparel. Many customers were busy getting helium balloons. One patron had just gotten her huge balloon bouquet and I was wondering how she was going to get it wrangled into the car and home. Fun party goods! Free shared parking lot and WiFi.

Zeric helped me with my balloons. He was happy, kind, patient and helped me pick out colors and sold me on the high float. He helped me figure out the best time for pick up so the balloons would be still floating by the time my daughter saw them. She went crazy for the balloons. You have an incredible selection and incredibly friendly staff! Thank You Party City Scottsdale!

This review is for Aiden! He handled himself so professionally and with so much kindness in his voice. It's was blatantly obvious that the manager on duty was extremely overwhelmed and Aiden and the rest of the employees working the register kept their cool. I understand the store was out of helium and with graduation session, I can only imagine how hard it is to deal with tough customers. I'm going to assume the manager was over worked or overwhelmed because the way the manager spoke and disrespected her employee was very sad to see. Hope her day gets better.

We had an AMAZING experience at the Sonora Village Party City store off of Frank Lloyd Wright and the 101 in Scottsdale! We ordered balloons for a charity event kick off that my daughter is starting up on behalf of Childhelp. While at the store, two lovely associates, Colleen and Shelby inquired what the balloons were for and we shared with them about the organization and how for over 63 years, Childhelp has been saving the lives of severely abused children. Well, what came next was a beautiful gesture. They told us that they had a discount for charity's, which helped so much and then Colleen reached in her pocket and handed us a $20 bill that she received earlier in the day as a tip. WOW! She said I want to donate this for the hurting children. What is so AMAZING is Childhelp has a 24/7 hotline where children who are being abused or in distress can call for help. For $10 a call you can save the life of a child. Colleen saved two children's lives that day! Afterwards, we were putting the balloons in our car and one of the mylar letter balloons popped. My daughter ran back into the store and they provided two additional balloons, at no charge because they wanted the colors to match and everything to look nice at the event. In the future, when needing any type of party items, balloons, etc., I won't shop anywhere else other than this Party City store because of their caring team and the kindness these two wonderful women, Colleen and Shelby showed us on a busy Saturday.

Horrible customer service from older blonde associate. I was in picking up an order and asked a question and she told me to just drop the order and someone else can pick it up. I was literally just asking her if she knew what was in the order and she acted like I should drop the delivery so she didn't have to deal with me or anyone else as she was leaving at the time I came in. Not picking up orders here again.
