Sold me defective product and then wouldn’t accept my return because they couldn’t resell it. Like what? There should be better policies in place to manage when something like that happens because it’s not fair.

I was greeted immediately and assisted with finding the product I was looking for to purchase. I appreciated the recommendation of how much of the product I needed to remove my old color from my hair. I will go out of my way to this location versus the other Sally locations due to their great customer service.

You can’t order online and pick it up at this store. My order was canceled. Also when they have the buy 2 get 1 free sales for hair color, they never have more than 2 boxes on the shelves. They also don’t have any in the back. I’m just going to order online going forward.

There were people outside leaving because they didn't want to wait. Wow. Location has hit rock bottom!
Needed an order on a Sunday. Ordered online and paid for 2 hour delivery. Received text message order delivered. It was not delivered. Called customer service. They said their records show it as delivered. I asked for a proof of delivery photo. They said they didn't have one. I asked if they could find where it was delivered. Nope. So my order that I really needed has never been delivered and a refund is 3 to 5 days. And the customer service reps I spoke to could not have cared less.

The last two times I have been here, the older woman working has been nasty. Today was awful. I have never left a bad review ANYWHERE. But the customer service from this woman is horrifying. Another customer let her know there were people waiting to cash out today. She wasn’t happy about this and made it clear. Doing her job must be way too much trouble. I’m at Sally often, and have never had such a bad experience.

I’ve been shopping at Sally Beauty for years and recently I ordered some products online. They gave me two of the same shampoo instead of one conditioner and shampoo so I went to the same store to return it, and OMG! It was such a hassle. The girl had to call the corporate office and blah blah blah not the girls fault but just Sally’s system in general. And also something I did not know, it was more expensive ordering online than it was in store. Which I thought was kind of crazy. Also, the same online order I got a bottle of developer that was about 3/4 full I’ve never seen a bottle of developer 3/4 full before. So I’m not sure what’s going on with Sally but they could up their game a little bit.

I went in looking for I-Tip hair extensions because they said they had some online. Personally I like to dress up and go out in nice fancy clothes but today I decided not to. As I walk in I ask the lady at the front if they had any and she says no and proceeds look me up and down and say I sell some at the salon across the street for $100 but you probably couldn’t afford it. Never have I EVER been treated with such disrespect and rudeness especially because of the way I look. I will not be shopping here anymore nor will I recommend this location to anyone.

They always have everything that I need. Also, shout out to Kayla! She was very personable and was VERY helpful!! She answered all my questions and saved me SO much time!!

Warning: Do not buy items from this store!I recently purchased clippers from here. When I opened the package, I found that the item was missing several pieces. I called the store, but they refused to give me a refund because they have a no return policy.I am very disappointed with this store. They sold me a defective item and then refused to make it right. I would not recommend this store to anyone.I am warning you not to buy items from this store. They are not a reputable store and they do not stand behind their products. You are better off buying from a store that has a good reputation and a return policy that protects you.

I have been a customer at this location at least 6 or 7 years and I went yesterday to exchange an item which is my husband got it for me and it was wrong item without receipt and there was a lady over there I think she is the manager and when I explained her what I have the first question was she shaked the bottle and asked me are sure you did not used it coz it looks low? And I told her from the beginning I don't use this number and it is wrong item. My husband did not put any phone number coz it was one item only and he lost the receipt and the brand was from Sally beauty and she didn't accept to exchange it and I didn't not like the way she was talking to me too I will not go to this location anymore!!

This store is never open. No hours on store. Been calling and visiting in person very frustrating . can you put hours open on your front door? Another Sally's said they are open on tuesday and sunday love Sally's love this location will try Sunday and Tuesday. Tried to order online. Product I need cannot be ordered store puck up only. Called other Sally's store they did not carry product I need.

You can tell the store is short staffed and hasn't been open recently. The gentleman who was working today was so nice and helpful. I was able to get the help with my hair color and they had all the answers to the questions I had. Staffing seems to be a little short but I'm glad the stores open.
