So glad I decided to schedule my appointment at Ironwood. I forgot how pleasant both the receptionist and entire staff there are.. Far cry from the awful Sonora Quest experience I had in mid-December at one of their other locations. So a big thanks to the staff and Annabelle the phlebotomist who drew my blood the old fashioned way - Professionally.and with a smile.Much appreciated everyone.

Worst customer service. I had a scheduled appointment. I went in and told them I was there for a 3 hour glucose test. It took them 40 minutes to tell me they couldn’t find the order and I was able to have a fax sent over in less than 5 minutes. She then proceeds to tell me they don’t have time to do the glucose test. They prioritized the walk-ins. I will never visit this location again.

I was a walk-in for a biometric. Heather, was genuinely friendly. She definitely put a smile on my face. (It helps that she was cute too) I should have asked for her number.Ricardo the phlebotomist, was professional, friendly and funny. He made me so at ease while going to the process.Thank you Heather & Ricardo

I'm very impressed with this place. It is quick convenient and accurate. Fast check in and friendly staff. I am a physician. In today's healthcare landscape this is about as good as it gets.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the phlebotomist. I arrived early and was in and out within 15 minutes. I was on my way home before my appointment time. Very pleased!

What is the purpose of making an appointment when I still have to wait an hour upon arrival?Either you're failing to staff accordingly or you don't respect people's time.I have a job and took an hour off of work, scheduled my appointment at a location in my neighborhood and have been sitting in the waiting room an hour past my appointment time.Dispicable.

Amazing, patient and respectful service. I showed up moments before closing, with a waiting room full of people and was told I will be helped too. If that was me I would not return the favor.A person showed up after the doors were locked, waited for a patient to be walking out, and tried to rudely argue to be seen. He was treated with respect and denied coming in.

I came to this location on Saturday because my Monday-Friday schedule prevents me from regular hours. I showed up at 10:59am and door was locked. I knocked on the door and phlebotomist came out. I asked why is door locked, she says we close at 11am. When I said it is 10:59, she responded "I just do what I was told". I requested to speak with supervisor. When I asked her why did they close at 10:59 if it's stated on Sonora website and Google Maps that facility is closing at 11, she responded "We closed at 10:59 because we have too many patients". What can I say about this comment, it is very unprofessional and kind of sad actually. No matter how many patients was inside, if it says business is closing at 11, lock the door at 11, not 10:59. The whole point is I showed up before closing time. I almost never leave negative comment but this one deserves it. I thought Sonora was place to go. I am shocked by this unprofessional move. To close business before stated hours and to shut the door in patient face? It doesn't say on Sonora website that place closes at 10:59am, it says 11:00am PERIOD. And to say we close at 10:59 because we have too many patients??? RIDICULOUS!!! If Sonora is professional as I thought, higher level needs to investigate this, because is totally unprofessional.

Great experience, but don't expect to get your results fast. They will probably get them toward the end of the quoted 1 - 3 days.

There system is very unfair to the patients. The computers messed up on my appointment. Got an email for the appointment. Before I was able to print out disappeared and had no confirmation. Original appointment was for 10: AM. This was a fasting test that could not be rescheduled for another day or time. Went to a walk-in center explained my situation and waited almost two hours to be taken care of. There were patients without an appointment who were called before me. Had to wait until after 2pm for a fasting blood test. Explained that I was going to get sick and pass out and there were no exceptions. I would have had this done if the computers worked properly. If I had a choice would never use them. Next time will get blood drawn at lapcorp where their system is more efficient. There are exceptions in life and I guess sonoraquest is too big to care about individuals.

Sonora Quest Laboratories did a FIRST CLASS job from start to finish which took all of 15-17 minutes. I did an early walk in pop up to have my blood drawn like 6:30am. Christina was the tech that signed me in & for such an early morning she greeted me with a smile, was professional & kind. The phlebotomy tech was AWESOME :) Professional, clean, kind & thanked me for drinking lots of water, said it made his job easier. One tiny poke, that I didn't even feel & 5-7minutes I was done...THANK YOU Ricardo!!! Great experience :) The office was clean & tidy, great location, easy to find & get too as well as plenty of parking. I have officially made this Sonora Quest Labs location my new go to :)

This is for the ironwood square location. Came at 1145 checked in with ID INSURANCE cards etc. Told them my doctor had sent in test request. I sat for 30 minutes before they told me that my doctor had not sent in the test request. I had spoken to the doctor's office the day before and the secretary said, I just sent it. Quest staffers deny they received it. I told them my cell phone had died so I used their landline to contact my doctor's office. Staff not answering doctor's phone because they were on lunch. I told the gentleman who was at the window (only 1 man and two women) to hold my place (I was eighth on line.) and that was was going home (12 blocks away) to recharge my phone and contact doctor so that I could request a fax to be sent to Quest Labs. The man said OK. It took me 20 minutes all told and when I got back the man was not at the window and the one woman who was there said she couldn't hold my spot or they would have to do it for everyone. I didn't leave to go shopping or avoid the wait. I went to get the test request faxed to them again. BTW, the doctor's office said it was the second time they were sending it. Based on past performance, I believe them. So the woman repeatedly said, can't do it. I told her my circumstances were different. No go. So upon my return I am 15th on line. Remember I am fasting. So much fun. There is something called customer service and sometimes it involves critical thinking skills and asking oneself questions about the situation at hand. No such thing here. They treated me like I had skipped out on the wait just to have a milkshake. No, I was attending to getting the test request which was sent by the doctor's office not once but twice!!! Fasted for 16 hours thanks ladies. You are peachy keen and thoughtless.
