Would not help my father up after he had fallen on hot ground because "they're not allowed to help".Nurses from another medical office helped.

I assumed I could have a routine test done with insurance without a doctors order, and I was informed I could not and when cancelled the appointment I was laughed out. Unprofessional and overall disrespectful.(Edit: extra unneeded "I" in front of when.)
