My doctor told me orders were sent in-the receptionist said it was not. I had to call the doctor, they said “Sonora Quest always says that-they have the order. Low and behold the order was in their system but they somehow overlooked it. Then I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Bad service!

Asked receptionist if my insurance covered service. She confirmed it was. Then later received bill that it was denied. Never believe a provider, check with your own insurance

This is the worst company to try and communicate with. You are unable to talk to a live person!!! I had a problem getting my results bcause they let my blood sample expire.

I am so pleased with this location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I got my blood work done in the short time frame I had to have it. I explained my situation and they made sure they got me back, even though they weren’t a walk in location. I appreciated Katie especially. She made sure to make time for me between my work schedule. Not only that but I felt hardly anything when she poked me. I love her! The other staff member who helped me was also so sweet but I didn’t catch her name. I don’t live in Arizona but travel there for work, I will make sure if I ever need labs again I will wait and have it in AZ. I have never been treated so nice getting labs. Thank you so much.

I have been going to Quest for over 30 years. My recent experiences are certainly NOT done with the skilled phlebotomists they used to have. A while back I went to get bloodwork done, which I do about every 4 months, I got a phlebotomist named Annabell..... as she was taking me blood, there was a continuing sucking sound even as she changed the tubes for the blood! then when she was don, I looked at my arm which was covered in blood. there was a great deal of blood under my arm, all over the padded thing my arm was on, & dripping on the floor!!! I was horrified! I got out of there as soon as I could. After that experience, every time the had Annabell called me back to take my blood,I refused to let her do it - someone else came to take my blood.Yesterday my husband needed bloodwork. He was called back by someone I only saw from the back, she wasn't in her usual room, #6, we went to room #2, so I didn't think anything about it. All of a sudden she stuck my husbands arm - I saw the blood spurting out! I asked her, what is your name, she hesitated to the point I thought she wasn't going to tell me, then she said Anna...........she accused my husband of moving his arm, that's what happened. I went to the lobby & told them I wanted to file a complaints not about a phlebotomist. I was telling the lady what happened when some woman came up to me & said harshly go to room #4. I figured she thought I was a patient. I started to tell her I wasn't when she raised her voice & said " Go to room #4, I am the Supervisor!". She sat down & crossed her arms, I told her this entire story, she glared at me and told me "Annabell has been here a very l t time. I told her I don't care, she need some more training. That must have set her off because she raised her voice & said She IS A WONDERFUL PHLEBOTOMIST! I said, not I. my opinion, you aren't even listening to what has happened more than once! she kept saying Annabell was wonderful, I kept saying I don't care, you are not respecting what happen to me & my husband. All of a sudden she stood up & in a very nasty loud voice, demanded that I leave her establishment that I was yelling & disrupting her business! I am 75 years old, my husband is sick - 80 years old, I was not yelling. when I told her I was not yelling, she kept saying over & over, I demand you leave my business now! I could not believe the hostility of this woman because I had a valid complaint. I got my husband out of the room with Annabell, he is slow because he's on a walker - this "SUPERVISOR " actually followed us out to the lobby still demanding that we leave! I guess we weren't going fast enough, then she yelled, if you don't leave I'll call the police - we were at the door exiting when she yelled that. I had enough & yelled back , go ahead call the police. what a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I will be going to LAB CORE from now on!I did contact Quest Corporate office & talked to a person who apologized & will be contacting the regional manage regarding this incident. I have no doubt the supervisor will lie about how she handled the situation.Whatever!

Great experience! Great Customer service! It took longer to find parking. Thank you very much for working on MLK Day! I didn't have to take time out of my work schedule to go in.

Dayna Jennifer and Josh were amazing!! They had me in and out of there in no time at all for a urine test! They were even busy, it was the end of the day, and they were down two or three people... Thank you guys so much!

I have never had any trouble at this location and I have been here a lot. The front staff is always friendly and efficient. All the phlebotomists here have been nothing but kind and full of personality. Always asking how my day is going or how I am. Never have I been in any pain. I will only choose this location because of my wonderful experiences here

I got my blood drawn and it was super fast/efficient! I loved the staff! There was some cranky old Karen in the Lobby who kept yelling and talking about random things. Thankfully she was in and out, nobody wanted her there

There are many convenient Sonora Quest locations available to choose from. Even easier is making your appointment online. If you create an account, you can go to their site to make an appointment. Choose the best time and day for you. The wait is never long provided you have an appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free outdoor parking and WiFi at this location and most others.

Unfortunately Arizona customers must ease through the long wait to get labs done. With minimal other options for lab work, you get stuck making an appointment only to sit and wait with the multiple other patients wasting their time sitting around im a queue that goes nowhere. Is it staffing? Then quit having scheduled times. Is It drop ins? Then they move to the back of the line behind people who schedule their labs. This is absolutely ridiculous. Would recommend having your Physician get labs at LabCorp instead...or if anyone knows a different place, would go there instead.

Drove all the way here because the reviews said they do walk ins ...I tried to call to confirm but no answer with any number the operator suggested...went there and of course they don't take walk ins...they need to do something about answering the phones to be more of assistance

Very disappointed today. I had made a reservation online. When I got to Sonoran I was told that I didn't make the reservation correctly because I didn't get a confirmation but I had the paperwork for the time and date.I was told to go to another Sonoran because this Sonoran on Scottsdale and Deer Valley did not take walk ins. The waiting room was completely empty, no one was there. They would not take me to get my blood draw, they made another apportionment for next week. Unbelievable. Wasted time and gas.
