My doctor told me orders were sent in-the receptionist said it was not. I had to call the doctor, they said “Sonora Quest always says that-they have the order. Low and behold the order was in their system but they somehow overlooked it. Then I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Bad service!

Asked receptionist if my insurance covered service. She confirmed it was. Then later received bill that it was denied. Never believe a provider, check with your own insurance

This is the worst company to try and communicate with. You are unable to talk to a live person!!! I had a problem getting my results bcause they let my blood sample expire.
