I was pleasantly surprised by my appointment at this location. The waiting room was very full when I arrived, so I was afraid they were going to be behind. But I was called back within minutes of my appointment time. Everything was very fast and efficient, and I was out of there very quickly.

Frequent flyer here, often a 5, the short staffing seems to be behind tham. But I have a long memory.
